Things to do in Neuburg an der Donau
Nice and clean hotel with basic amenities and nothing more. It's cold in Neuburg right now and I was freezing at night despite the radiator was on full blast. Bed ok, bathroom ok with nice hot waterwifi ok and reasonable speedBreakfast was good but coffees was not warm. Service so so but also quite cheap. I would use other hotels in the area if the are free and use this as back up solution.
We reservated a table outside. The fiew is amazing. We had to ask for the menu and after that we were waiting for a long time to make the order. After that I got a glass with lipstick and the wrong water. The food had a good quality but the price was very expensive for what we got.

We where 15 visiting the restaurant. I had the Wiener schnitzel which was ok but dry. Potatoes was ok. Service was reasonable fast, beers well poured and tasteful. Waitresses informal but okAtmosphere bland as the rooms are big and a white cold feelingAll in all ok but not great
Really enjoyable food, not quite as good as in Italy but it was cooked to a high standard, both of us had pasta dishes and the portions were generous without going over the top.The parking is good but a bit close to the driving range from the golf course so just be aware. Polite and friendly staff and a clean environment.

We were welcomed with Prosecco as Mary's Café Lounge is freshly open. The sitting possibilities are broad: from long benches to small pads, standard chairs, coaches...The furniture is mainly wood with modern design. We enjoyed a nice dinner and the cook was flexible to prepare something which wasn't on the menu.We will soon be back there!

Even though I don't speak German, but I'd like to suggest all to have a good experience dining here. This restaurant is in a small town/village and you have to bring a car to go there. And guess what? I even couldn't believe myself that I would find such a beautiful place here and next to the Catholic Church. They will give you a good service and with excellent food and also we can spend our dinner time in their garden area (the summer), like dining in our home. Have your good time there... :-D

It was a busy summer night when we had dinner here. Lots of locals, I think we were the only foreigners. Cosy atmosphere, overlooking one of the beautiful town squares. Service was depending on one very hard working lady and she could only just cope. We never got the coffee we ordered and we didn't even mind. The food served was as expected, wholesome and tastefull. One day I'll learn why in this part of Germany the cooks seem to think that raw vegetables (or as it turns out, anything green) must be served in soupplate swimming in vinegar and a drop of oil?

We where a pax of 4 eating here. All 4 had the Angus steak with salat and roasted pan potatoes. Very nicely cooked to request and tasteful. For a simple beerstube type of restaurant I was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly, informal and fast. We paid 125 EUR incl drinks which is very good value. Would be happy to go back

We've had the pleasure to have dinner in this excellent restaurant a couple of times with my husband, sister and friendsand it's always been a pleasure. Great atmosphere, stunning views from the terrace (hence the name "Aussicht" - View) and a great chef make it the best option in town. I highly recommend it and can't wait to have some drinks sitting in the terrace watching a summer sunset.

I write this review purely based on the food and drink at the Neuwirt as I was not staying at their hotel. A very warm and friendly welcome awaits those entering the Neuwirt. There is a good choice of quality beers and a substantial menu. I wanted a true taste of Bavaria and was recommended the Schweinebraten. This was absolutely superb and was exactly what I was hoping to taste. It is a Bavarian Pork Roast with dark beer sauce, potato dumplings, and coleslaw (cabbage). This is a popular dish and apparently often sells out. The staff here were very friendly and some, including the owner speak excellent English. It has a nice large courtyard style beer garden with a small area for children to play. If visiting this town again I would seriously consider staying at this hotel too.
