I know this place for many years. The best is the "Jaegerschnitzel". Just delicious. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly. You are also welcome with children. I will always return when I am in Mettmann.

Good italian restaurant. The athmosphere and furniture invite you to come in.Waiters/waitresses are very kind. we both chose pasta. You can also have some pizzas of course ! The service was quick and our meals were delicious. Te price is good too : 40 ⬠for 2 persons

We we're here last week with some friends and had a very good traditional "Haxe"! You don't need to go to bavaria to have a good german meal! My wife had a salad which was also tasty. The waiter had been friendly and the winter garden was very nice too.All in all I would recommend this restaurant and we're lookin forward to come back again.

I have been there two times and enjoyed it. Very reasonable in price, correct quality and service, little knowledge of english.I have eaten a Schnitzel (Swiss one and classical one) both very nice plus wine and dessert (Apfelstrudel).A good choice.

The restaurant itself is very nice and cosy. The menu is not in balance with the style of the hotel. Eather you go to the stylish restaurant and expect a stylish diner or you go to the bistro style restaurant and expect good quality german food. In both you don't get what you might expect. Work to do for the chef. By the way, the quality of the meals are good.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Mettmann. Charming old farmhouse with a small patio outside. Great home cooking, offer locally in season specialties like mushrooms, fresh salads, etc. . Prices are reasonable. Call for reservations - it is very popular spot.
