Gute Portionen.

We are passionate about combining good food and bringing people together. For more than 30 years, we follow our passion and run our own restaurant. At NFH Restaurant you will get quality food for affordable prices. Sufficiently far away of the main street
Just by the castle, the Schlosskeller offers the best view over the whole city and beyond and the greatest sunset possible. The drinks were ok, not the best Hugo I've had, and the red wine was really just so so. Service was extremely friendly. You could sit there forever if they did not close at 11 p.m.
An extended choice of dishes, well prepared food, makes it a pleasure to eat here for very reasonable prices. Do not miss the Schwabisch specialties, this season cantharels!Nothing high cuisine, but just 'lecker' in large quantities. We had soup, main course and desert with wine (beer would be also most advisable here, of course) for only ⬠63.

What to do and see in Herrenberg, Germany: The Best Places and Tips

Food here was very good. We had some difficulty as we don't speak German and the waitress was unable to translate the menu for us. However, the food was very good and we enjoyed it. Wine is served by the glass (not by bottle or flask) which makes it a little expensive, but this seems to be the custom in some restaurants in the town. We ate here on a Thursday and the place was very busy, so recommend booking.

This is my 3rd trip through Germany with my wife. We have probably eaten out about 40 times between the trips. This was definitely the best local German dish we can remember. We took the recommendation of the waitress and ordered the Swabian food. The pasta rolled in egg was excellent. I was expecting something that would taste like an Asian dish, but it had a unique flavor that reminded me of home cooking. My wife ordered the egg noodle/beefsteak combo, which had an excellent sauce on the side. All in all, this was one of the few meals in Germany that will remain in our taste memory for the years to come. Consider a reservation, as this place was full by 7:30.

Our 4-star-hotel "Hasen" is part of Herrenberg's history. It was mentioned in a document as early as 1620 and even then was famous beyond the boundaries of town. In 1984 the hotel was fully renovated and a spacious new building was added. It now boasts 66
Such a treat start to finish. The salad with herbs and house dressing was so fresh and delicious. I felt like I could live on salad..... But then my pork fillets in creamy mushroom sauce came!!! This dish exceeded my expectations and after that salad, confidence was high. My husband had Tenderloin of beef "krauterbeerli". We were blown away by how good everything was. The gratined potatoes were the best we've had and the spatzle was perfect. Next time I'll try the deer goulash. Very professional service in a lovely setting. Fabulous wine list too. Reasonably priced 2010 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.Finished with the chocolate tart with mango and coconut.Dear Susan T.,Many thanks you for your wonderful rating. It's so nice that we could inspire you!We hope to welcome you soon again. Thanks a lot and best regardsFamily Nölly and team
