Food was bland and the schnitzel looks like it is manufactured. Did not taste very good either. Pass on this one,
Extensive menu card with pizzas, pastas, fish and meat dishes. Friendly and quick service. Large tables for friends or family. Many waiters running around to make you feel at home.Take away possible. Large parking nearby.
We stepped into your place, my wife, my 2 kids and I, at 19.50 on a Monday evening. I smiled and told you it was the 4 of us for dinner. You shook your head and said ânoâ. We asked âno?!â. You claimed you were full. When 4 out of 6 tables inside and half of the space outside were empty.I looked puzzled around not quite understanding yet and you stepped from behind the bar to show me a bunch of âreservedâ signs in you hand. Yes, in your hand, not on the tables as they normally are everywhere when the table is reserved. This is the type of service one shall expect here! Are you fully reserved and donât bother show it on the tables? When 2 small kids step in, you should be sorry not to be able to serve them, especially when itâs almost 8 in the evening, and show some empathy. Shame on you!

I happened to find this place by accident when we pulled off the A7 highway and followed 8 km of winding forest road to a quaint little town.Apparently the meister has won several European competitions for the best wurst. There are two sides, a restaurant and the other side is a deli with a take out windows. Small seating outside on the street.Tried the curry wurst. It was ok but the sauce was very tasty. The staff were friendly and they gave us some samples of sausages we wanted to try, like the blood sausages with paprika. They are also know for a wurst with praline. We didn't try it but it is also sold as a souvenir, in a box like chocolates. If you happen to be driving along the A7 and have time to drop in to Hann Muden and visit the best wurst in Europe, you should.

I hesitated to write a comment. Just to avoid that it will be more crowded. Located at the banks of the Weser river for centuries. Dominated by an old Linden tree in a village of less than 1.000 people. A paradise. Limited menu, everything homemade. The cold served sausages and the cakes are worth to go hundreds of miles. Like we did.

Stumbled across this gem of a brewpub and restaurant whilst exploring the lovely half timbered town. Popular with both visitors and locals, it provides an extensive buffet, plus a number of their own brewed beers. Beautifully decorated, it would be very easy to spend a lot of time here. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to eat, but the buffet looked superb. We did manage to sample the beers though which where very good indeed. With beer as good as this, I'd expect the food to be equally as good. Will be going back on my next trip to the area for sure.

Loved the minimal atmosphere in this old building . Service was friendly and smiling . Food was superb !! Both German and Italian dishes are sooo tasty . Plates are soo big : e.g. schnitzel portion is with two schnitzels and a small mountain of pommes frites . Soups are very - very tasty . As far as drinks , there is beer , wine and also whiskey . A place where locals eat . Prices very reasonable ( 20 euros for : a soup , a beer and a schnitzel )
