I have eaten here several times, both for lunch and dinner and I have left with a full and very happy tummy. I don't know what my favorite is, when I go at lunch, I try one of their many fantastic salads - they are all so good. I love the one with the cut up and fried knodel, Farmer Salad, I believe. Which ever you choose, it will be great - I promise! For dinners I have tried several different meals and they have been great. The staff is great at what they do, I have been their in a very large group and I'm always hoping to be one of the ones served first, its so hard to smell the food and having to wait, my mouth is just watering. This restaurant is located close to the post and you could easily walk there from almost anywhere in town. I visited with some colleagues of mine that frequently visit the restaurant. They highly recommended it and Iâm glad they did. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly and efficient staff. Our beers (liters!!) came out within minutes. Several of us ordered the sausage appetizer with sauerkraut and it was so simple but delicious. I ordered the pepper steak that came out perfectly cooked with some tasty potatoes and a side salad. The outside patio is definitely the way to go on a fair weather day. I only wish I was not so full because the deserts looked top notch. If I was in the area again I would most certainly visit again!

Ate here based on Trip Advisor recommendations. Really enjoyed sitting outside. Service was friendly but slow. I loved the fact that most entrees come with a green salad---this is usually missing with many German dishes. My trout with almonds was good but tiny pin bones really detracted from the dish. Prices are quite reasonable.

I ' ve visited this place many times during my time in grafenwoehr. Whatever I tryed from the menucard (is in German ans English) - it always was best!The taste of all Schnitzels (I always took "de Luxe") , chicken-wings, pizza, currysausage and burgers was excellent.In the summertime they have a small beer-garden, in wintertime a small lounge. The owners and the staff is brilliant to all guests.See you there soon, cheers Joe
