We had dessert and coffee here and the dessert menu is great. They have excellent ice cream and all were thrilled with selections. It is beautifully located at the intersection of the pedestrian mall and a great place to relax and watch people.

We visited the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our visit.food and atmosphere were very good.service was OK.unfortunately they do not have an English version of the menu which makes it almost impossible to know what they serve. Luckily, we were assisted with friendly locals.

Angelockt durch die älteren Tripadvisor-Bewertungen waren wir zum Abendessen hier. Weder die Kässpätzle triefend in Käsesauce und kalten Röstzwiebeln aus der Tüte noch das Putengeschnetzelte mit etwas merkwürdig schmeckendem Reis und Tiefkühlgemüse konnten auch nur annähernd überzeugen. Wir waren offensichtlich in einer anderen Welt.

Stumbled across this one on business trip. Looks a bit dull from outside but very fresh and welcoming inside. Local on site brew beers very tasty. Good menu with decent portions although first choice was of menu when i asked. Worth a visit if you're in the area

We enjoyed a beautiful dinner at Zollersteighof restaurant. Everything was super fresh and cooked to perfection. The herbs were from their garden and surrounding Forrest.The ladies were very nice and helpful with us ordering in English. We had a steak with chips and meatloaf with a homemade traditional type of pasta. Both meals came with a large fresh colourful salad. We enjoyed 2 large beers and shared an apple strudel with ice cream. The bill was around 50€ which we believe was great value for the food and atmosphere.Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. My husband is keen to drive 2 hours to go back for another apple strudel!

Our extended family met here after a family reunion hike in the surrounding countryside. We were given the upstairs "loft" area, reserved entirely for our group - meaning that we were able to move about, change seats, talk, and the younger kids also had space to move and play. This was a very good idea, and very much appreciated.The food was all excellent: fresh trout, flamkuchen, maultaschen, and all the other regional German specialities... very fulfilling after a solid day of hiking. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient, and we felt very welcome here.

Selected the 'Landhaus Stiegel' restaurant for a business dinner, based on ratings seen in Tripadvisor. Must say that this was a very good recommendation!Landhaus stiegel is approx 8km from Albstadt centre. In a lovely neighbourhood with nice views.Staff we friendly, quick and helpful. They managed English decently and one staff member could speak french (which was appreciated highly by one of my guests, who was french).Very authentic, fresh and tasty food from swabian cuisine! We loved it. And there were decent choices even for vegetarians. Loved the experience. Will recommend highly for special occasions and business dinners.Will certainly visit again.
