We were recommended to this place. First impression quite dark inside and tables dreadfully close. Set out to maximise number of âcoversâand not necessarily for comfort. We selected the 37 euro menu which had a fairly limited choice for our taste.Had the octopus (it looked like someone just sliced a bit of its tentacles) which we could not eat. Not what we had expected. (Probably should not have ordered it but choice was very limited) The consommé the octopus sat in was very good. Main course there âspecialâ chicken.A small âpoussinâ chicken roasted with mashed potatoes. Strange sauce. Cannot recall if we had vegetables or not although I donât think so.Made better at home or go to Nandoâs. Cheaper and tastier. The hi-light of the meal were the deserts which were awesome.Apart from the niggly things we were unfortunate to be sat next to a very loud gentleman from over the pond who wanted to share how wealthy he was blah blah blah. Ruined our meal and those who had the misfortune to be close (not difficult as the table was 16 inches away from us.Maybe we were unlucky but we would not eat here again.

This place has long story in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence: Movie theather during the 20th Century(1911-1978) and Cabaret 'Henry 4' in the 19th century (1860-1910) Nowadays the restaurant is big place in which you will enjoy oriental or mediterraneen food. Come
The frontage looks small, but there's a big, airy, very high-ceilinged room behind it. There are both Moroccan and Mediterranean menus. First courses we had were beautifully presented: carpaccio of scallops, foie gras with date purée and brioche. One of us had fish - John Dory - and reported that the vegetables were exceptional, including a carrot puré with ginger, he ate it all and he doesn't even like veg! Tagines were good and the couscous light as a feather. We had a white Romanin, correct and easy to drink! Helpful and charming service. We'll certainly go back.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal at this newly opened restaurant, with a menu designed to be shared. The courtyard setting is exquisite, with busy yet attentive staff buzzing about delivering straight forward but delicious sharing dishes to groups of two or upwards. The property itself is the star, and the food not far behind. We had:Starter; Asian salad with prawns. Fresh and delicious, maybe too big for two, could have done with a few more prawns. Main; pork ribs with side of macaroni cheese with lardons. Beautiful meat, a touch bland until I poured the juices from the pork dish into my food - the taste of apples and fat was amazing. Dessert; Tropezienne. A classic desert, incredibly enjoyable.

Chef Jerome Julien invites you to share his vision of market cuisine with a twist. An elegantly original menu on a Brasserie theme. âBeautiful, Delicious and Healthyâ is the house motto, for responsible cuisine in all simplicity. Beyond technique and deli
We had the excuse of a lovely jazz trio to entice us to give this newly opened restaurant a try. Disappointing, the 6 oysters for 18 euros came with 1 tiny slice of lemon, no butter, no vinegar sauce, no brown bread. Upon request all the above appeared except the pan de Siegel. The tuna at 22 euros was tasty but lacked zing and was not good value for money. We did enjoy the white wine from Terre Blanches at 30 euros, usually at 22 or so elsewhere. Once was enough but we wish them well.
