After 20 years in Chamonix, Bea & Mike open their new restaurant in the centre of town, on the road just to the left of the Casino. Mike's reputation as one of the finest chefs in town is well deserved and as well as a great ambiance and generous portions
Attentive and friendly staff; made same-day reservations for dinner and was promptly attended to. Loved the biscuit sticks and tuna dip (?) that came with our wine. Tried starters grilled octopus, escargots, and cauliflower soup with breaded shrimp - all were good. Fish of the day as main course was average.

What a fabulous find this little hotel restaurant is!!! Stayed with friends for a long weekend. The rooms are comfortable clean and beautifully decorated. The husband and wife owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating, from booking our restaurants to wine recommendations and general chit chat. The food is wonderful and very well priced for the quality and service! The cheese trolley and hot chocolate are not to be missed! We canât wait to head back again next year. Hello,Thank you so much Mrs Jane for your wonderful opinion about our hotel and restaurant. It was a real pleasure to host you and your friends and have a nice moment with you.King Regards.

Restaurant familial, chaleureux, adapté aux familles, ambiance cool offrant de multiples possibilités dâévénements avec karaokés, concerts, Jam session Spécialités savoyardes, bar d'ambiance, pizzas / burger etc ... (sur place ou à emporter) Egalement Poi
"New Ownership!" the banner proclaims, as if that were a guarantee of quality. But one look at the slovenly waitress and you have second thoughts--with reason. As the meal drags on, your worst fears are confirmed. Slow service, terrible food, high prices, and new owners who don't know the first thing about running a decent restaurant. Do yourself a big favor: Do not eat in this dump!Ah Ah Ah !!!

Nestled in a picturesque village of Haute Savoie you will not miss this former coaching inn from 1885, ornate and decorated in a Savoyard style face Diosaz Gorges and 10 minutes to Chamonix with its view of the Massif Mont Blanc. Whether you come alone, i
I reserved here based on TripAdvisor reviews and wasnât disappointed. We opted for à la carte as we werenât that hungry though there are fixed price menus for around 36 and 48 euros. We ate outside with a view of Mont Blanc and ordered the chicken with tagliatelle and beef filet with a potato millefeuille, both tender and very flavorful. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake and the citrus mousse - the latter was a bit too sweet in our opinion. The owners of the hotel/restaurant were incredibly courteous and helpful. The only slight inconvenience is that they do not speak great English and the menu is in French (but we speak a bit of French so we got by just fine). We will definitely be coming back again as the surroundings are beautiful and the location is strategic for either hiking, skiing or visiting other nearby places like Chamonix or Annecy.

This restaurant is conveniently placed in the centre of the village - not only easy to find but convenient to access. Anyone entering the village from the autoroute will see it on the village's only roundabout. The restaurant has long been our favourite local, but changed hands recently, reopening under new ownership and management in June 2017. A young couple have taken over, and the young man's father appears to be helping with the management. They have a lot to live up to, since my previous ratings - rare for me - have been 5 stars. The outside area has been resurfaced, removing the attractive but dangerously slippery tiles with a non-slip surface. There is a generally more modern air. The presentation of the food is "fashionable". The location, appearance, and available seating area are all in its favour. The dining experience was disappointing, though. The menu is somewhat limited, essentially three main meals, three entrées. The food was nice, but my main meal (I had the duckling) was more an "amuse bouche" size than a main, and was on the mean side of "artistic". The ambience was negatively impacted upon by the father cheerily calling across the restaurant to various diners to ask if they were enjoying their meal - somewhat loud and intrusive. A couple sitting close to me were complaining privately to each other about the food (small portions, and they didn't like what they had chosen), but smiled and replied that everything was fine. Who would shout back across the restaurant that they were not enjoying their meal? It's early days, they are clearly new to running a restaurant, and the location should help with the volume of business while they get themselves sorted out. I will leave my next visit until they have.

Le Vert Restaurant is a unique and cosy restaurant tucked away from the town centre but a mere 15 minute walk from the centre. At Le Vert we serve elegantly crafted, 100 percent homemade, contemporary cuisine. This summer we are also bringing you a sharin
Liz has been running this place for 8 years now, serving locals as well as tourists. We were 4, celebrating the end of our TMB hike. We had a first rate filet steak, accompanied with well selected wine. Desert was as good as the main course, and it was accompanied with the best desert wine we've ever had.

the restaurant is open every night at 18.30 We serve typical french food and savoyard food like fondue and tartiflette
We had a family supper here enjoying well priced local wine and some nice food. We had excellent starters and my daughter and husband seemed to enjoy their fondue and I had a nice chicken dish with good flavours, the only teeny criticism being that it was just a smidge over cooked. Our server was very friendly and helpful even though he had 4 tables in all at the same time and was trying to juggle all of us and there was a big party of 16 there also putting in their order. The kitchen, which can't have been very big still managed to cope. Very relaxed and nice place to wile away an evening.
