Having not referred to any reviews happened upon this restaurant in the middle of Moutiers. Town was quite quiet but the restaurant was busy. We were greeted in a very friendly fashion and seated without difficulty. There was a delicious set menu and the fact that my husband is allergic to fish caused no difficulty as an alternate salad (also delicious) was produced. A thoroughly pleasant experience! Only discovered when I logged onto trip advisor that this restaurant is no. 1 in town - what a lucky find and well worth its rating!Bonjour MadameMerci beaucoup pour votre avis. Nous faisons toujours du mieux pour vous servir. Alors à bientôt si vous revenez à MoutiersTrès cordialementMarlène KOENIG

It feels like this new restaurant hasn't yet hit top gear. The place was almost entirely empty, yet it still took 3 hour 15 minutes to be served 3 courses and coffee. Maybe the kitchen was inadequately staffed for the complexity of the dishes on offer? The waitress was very cheerful, but it didn't compensate for the painfully slow service. The standard of the food was good, as it should be for a 55 euro menu, (which included some slices of Pata Negra ham, an amuse-bouche and a complementary glass of genepi at the end). Was not entirely convinced by the sea bass on a bed of pureed potato dyed nearly black with cuttlefish ink. There was rather too much potato, and it wasn't visually attractive to eat white fish on a muddy looking base. The desserts were the strongest part of the menu - light, creative, visually impressive and good combinations of flavours as welldear clientthank you very much for your helpul comment.we tried to do our best and your comment will help us a lot.we are happy to read you enjoyed our meals and dessert anyway.

Eat-in or Take-out...Come and discover whats new this winter at the highest smokehouse in France. Offering an exclusive wide array of craft beers and cider on tap that pair perfectly with our NEW Smokehouse menu; created, tested and confirmed by our colla
Had heard about this place from my son who is based in Meribel. Heâd eaten here a few times and was raving about it. We visited late on a Friday evening and were welcomed like old friends even though it was our first visit. They simply could not do enough to make us feel welcome and at home. We had a beer - they gave us a beer menu as they have such a wide choice, and then ordered a variety of mixed meat platters and my wife had the ribs. The food was simply delicious. Not too smokey - something I appreciated since so many smokehouse food is way over smoked in my opinion. This was just right, you got the smokey flavour, but you could still taste the meat base which was wonderful. Portions are plentiful and again the staff and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. Prices were very reasonable, I will eat here again when I return later in the season. At the end they brought us a complimentary junipe each - just the right ending. Try it, youâll love it.
