The food is absolutely great! The meat is perfectly cooked and savoury, full of spices and herbs. Desserts are good too. The staff is very kind and the concept "comme à la maison" is very nice as all the dishes come to your table and you help yourself at your own pace. The starters were a bit disappointing.

Right above the resort at the altitude of 1750m, bathed by the sun and located in the mountains, our restaurant welcomes you for an escapade in to the flavours of the Valais... " The oldest of the resort's establishments" Le Carrefour is a meeting place f
I have visited this restaurant previously and have been impressed by the quality of the food, in particular the meat. This time it was blue sky and sunshine which meant all the terraces were open and it was a great experience. Food was of a very good quality, service was good, views were spectacular. The bonus is you can ski in and ski out. Great lunch option.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Verbier. Not all Savoyard food and some great other choices, like veal kidney, quenelles de brochet, linguine with foie gras, fish of the day. The terrace is fabulous and they have a large blackboard tucked away in the corner for the children to play hangman while the adults enjoy their meal. It is a peaceful spot under the Savolyres bubble which does a late lunch after a morning of spring skiing. You need a car to get there or it is a long uphill walk. Lovely quiet spot.We look forward to hearing from you! You summarize in some sentences our work. You are our best advertising. Thank you so much.Valérie

Weâve been coming to La Channe for the past 15 years and were a bit apprehensive about visiting following its latest transformation. A few recent negative reviews particularly about the service gave us pause for thought, but we were not disappointed on that front at all. I have to admit we came on a quiet night though. Under Marco Bassi, the restaurant has been de-cluttered and made into a modern eatery yet respectful of the chalet style. Best of all though, is the quality of the food. We had the hunting/game menu découverte which was just wonderful - perfectly sized portions and really tasty. True fine dining and not overly expensive. And our waiter was great. The only grumble perhaps for us are the chairs which are more style over comfort!
