Dieses direkt am Bahnhof liegendemLokal ist eines der besten Speiselokale in Korneuburg. Reservieren ist am Sonntag ein Muss, sonst gibt es keinen Platz. Im Sommer durch den Garten leichter, im Herbst drinnen schwieriger. Es gibt Suppen, die wie von Oma schmecken, Hauptspeisen die auf einen Sonntagstisch gehören: Schnitzel, div. Gordon Blues, Hirschragout, Spiess, alles lecker und toll dekoriert und in kreative Tellern und Töpfen serviert. Das Service ist freundlich und nett. Der Kellner kann halt nicht Kopfrechnen, aber das ist sein Problem. Das Ambiente im Lokal nach dem Umbau modern, freundlich und gemütlich. Einziges Manko: die Wartezeit zur Hauptessenszeit. Um 12.30 kommend wartet man mehr als 1 Stunde auf seine Speisen, daher nicht hungrig ankommen. Empfehlung. Erst um 13.30.-14.00 zum Essen gehen. Auch für Vegetarier empfehlenswert.

This has a rustic, cozy feel to it. The food was traditional Viennese. It served great Austrian wines and even made some alcohols in-house. The wait staff was very friendly. I would certainly return.

Nach der nicht so guten letzten Erfahrung war es diesmal äuÃerst positiv. Service freundlich und flott und vorausschauend. Nur manchmal merkt man, dass es nur angelernt ist. Preislich ok. Ambiente mit Kaminofen, rustkal gemütlich. Ach ja, zur Jause gab es Topfenstrudel der wie hausgemacht schmeckte > sehr gut.

Popped in for a meal. Friendly waiter greatedvus and sent us in to part two ofcrestaurabt. Not very friendly waiters met us. Was actually not interested in having us AS guests. Food came quick. Tafekspitz and Schnitzel was quick services but not helpful at ordreinngangen and tast was nor worth the price. No waiter asked If it tasted Good or If We like a dessert. We wil Take coffee and dessert elsewhere and wil not recommend this place to visitors. Maybe they have enough with locals

Sehr gutes Essen. Freundlicher Service.Always accommodating for children as well. Spielplatz outside ond dry days is handy and can be overlooked from the outside seating area. The view from this area is nice of the wine hills and you can hear the weidling bach near you. Good variety of food. We have been in small groups and also large family groups and always everyone is pleased!

This is a great restaurant in a quiet part of the city; we were exploring Heiligenstadt and Grinzinger so it was a perfect place to stop for lunch!The interior is modern Austrian with nice local touches. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient.The two-course fixed price lunch was excellent value. My husband had the beef consomme starter; we both had the lunchtime sized schnitzel (still large!), which came with potato salad topped with some green salad, and I had chestnut tiramisu for dessert. The food was all excellent, with the tiramisu in particular being absolutely delicious! We were really pleased to have stumbled upon this excellent restaurant and would definitely recommend it.
