Brilliant Sunday roast,we arrived last minute so the table we received was not the best but we were just glad we got in.The roast was better then expected no wonder there were no tables left,but will book next time.All in all a lovely place but what did it for us also was the lady who served us,I think her name said Lucy H she was so helpful and I felt very honest.We were both very pleased with her service and humor,will definitely go back again in the future.Thank you for your review. We are extremely well known in the area for our Sunday roasts and I'm glad to hear that we lived up to our reputation. I shall pass your kind words onto Lucy and the rest of the staff. Visited for the second time, itâs incredible in here! The staff are fantastic literally canât do enough for you however itâs still a lovely chilled relaxing vibe. The food. Well the best roast beef I have ever tasted, really good to get a home cooked style roast dinner in a pub! Omg I was told about Shabba who makes the famous Yorkshire puddings, well they are bang on is come back just for those alone! Really enjoyed my dinner will be definitely returning with a group of friends for sure! This is a pub that just does everything so well effortlessly. Highly recommend.

The food was extremely good! Everything was really lovely and tasty, with amazing flavours. Not your regular pub food FOR SURE. Very family friendly. Best brownie we have eaten in a long time. Staff all chatty and friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our midweek lunch here. The kids portions are in our opinion more Aimee towards the smaller kids. So you might want to order an extra side for bigger kids. Everyone was interactive with us through our entire lunch experience. Will come back for sure.

After reading all the reviews we were really excited to go here for lunch.....and it did not disappoint! Amazing food and wonderful service. It was lovely to enjoy the food outside in the sun. It was so good weâve already booked to go back again later in the week!
