I went to Le Duguesclin with two French colleagues, who knows something in French food.. we all had fantastic long evening, with generous, delicious starters, mains, cheese and desert. The wine list is relatively short and the wine we chose was very good. The chef takes his gob very seriously and when my fondant came out, he left the kitchen to apology that it bursted prematurely and not while i was poking it with my spoon...the place is not big, it is cozy and an old fire place and arc shaped ceiling gives a romantic appearance to it.If you are spending a night or two in Clermont Ferrand, make sure you eat here!

Great place, lovely layout with nice ambience, food is very good, the only thing was that the main couldn't be main made into a starter portion but not a big issue, wine list is good with some decent ones but pricey also, try the scallops

M. Coursol a repris " l'Atelier " place du 1er Mai pour le transformer en "Atelier de Ferdinand" , cela valait bien la création sur Tripadvisor d'une page dédiée. Donc en cherchant bien on peut maintenant mettre des commentaires sur cette brasserie gastronomique indépendamment du restaurant " Ferdinand" avenue Ãdouard Michelin.
