Fatt chicks burgers locally owned and operated food truck serving exceptional gourmet burgers and home-style comfort food.
After stopping in Lahaina, then the Kapalua Coastal Trail for a bit, we kept driving north around the peninsula, ultimately landing in Waikiki and Fatt Chicks. There are no restaurants on the way, so we arrived at Fatt Chicks quite hungry for lunch. Much to our surprise, the Maui beef burgers were fantastic! The French fries were awesome too! Fatt Chicks is basically a completely plain room with tables and chairs at the 19th hole of a golf course. The view is pleasant, but this isn't a place you are coming to wine and dine.

fresh - local - family owned Cafe O'Lei at the Dunes is Maui local's go-to restaurant for fresh seafood, steaks, and dynamic Hawaiian-inspired cuisine in a beautiful setting overlooking the West Maui Mountains. Simply wonderful food served in a casual but
It was 4pm on a quiet Saturday afternoon. We were seated promptly by a nice hostess then...nothing. Other than my boyfriend and I, there were two singles and another two-top in the entire restaurant! I, unfortunately, am not able to rate anything other than the complete lack of service. Needless to say, we left at 4:15pm in search of an establishment that would, at the very least, take our order.

This food truckâs grindz were highly recommended by numerous Wailuku locals, so we decided to give a try â and were really glad that we did! Our orders were prepared in short order, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large servings, super fresh ingredients, and totally ono tastes :)). Prices were reasonable as well, service was courteous, and we enjoyed our meal on clean tables under a big tree next to the truck (under the watchful gaze of a gaudy rooster). Definitely worth trying if youâre in the Wailuku area for lunch or dinner... enjoy!
