Reviews on Fusion food in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Mayan ruins tower over the sea in Tulum. The formerly walled city was one of the last to be built by the Mayans, and its archaeological sites are incredibly well preserved. Take a break from the beach to visit El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the Temple of the Descending God. Explore an underground river under a canopy of stalactites in the sacred caverns of LabnaHa Eco Park, or dive into Cenote Dos Ojos to snorkel inside of caves in the middle of a forest.

All-day brunch from 7am - 7pm with an assortment of lunch options mixed in. Expresso, juices, smoothies and cocktails all served under a palapa.
Visited for breakfast in shoulder season. 2 other customers.A few issues:- ordered flat whites, got americanoâs with a splash of milk in. No big deal, the coffee was nice.- ordered French toast with peanut butter - got French toast with syrupy strawberries. On a deadline so didnât ask for it to be corrected.- ordered the cocoa / chia fruit bowl with muesli. The only flavour was puréed banana. Really couldnât taste anything else.Food was fresh, prices were fine, staff were disinterested but polite... nothing hugely wrong but we definitely wouldnât return!

Weâre glad you enjoyed our shrimp tacos, hopefully you can try some other ones next time! Regards from the team
