This was indeed a great experience. We were there to celebrate doctoral dissertation (which went well!). Food was presented expertly, and everything tasted fantastic. Extra kudos to the staff who provided, and paired, alcohol-free alternatives to wine, with the dishes.

Sushime has the best Sushi in Trondheim. The environment is lovely - with a calm athmosphere. The sushi is very good, exciting and unique. Staff is nice and helpful with allergies. Would especially recommend the lunchplate. If you are a group of friends you can easily combine it and taste many different makis. Bonus for quick deliverance and good prices.

In trondheim there are a lot of all-you-can-eat sushi buffets, but this place singles itself out quite differently. For a fixed price you can order from the a la cart sushi menu as much as you want. It's basically all-you-can-eat but with full service and the sushi is made to order. Great quality and awesome service. I've eaten here twice in the last week and it certainly won't be the last time! Best sushi place in town? Possibly! :)
