A subtle balance between novel ingredients from the Andes and the art and dedication of Japanese technique. Located inside one of the most exclusive private community and golf clubs in Buenos Aires. Access is granted to all of our guests.
Anyone who has been to Peru will know they have a large Japanese community and along with that a love for seafood. Those skills have now arrived to Buenos Aires. The quality of the food cannot be faulted and is amongst the best I have had anywhere in the world. The only suggestion I would make is that the people preparing of the food should wear gloves. And before I forget the cocktails are of the highest quality. I will be back for sure.
Altamente recomendable!!

Kanoo is a restaurant (they also organize kayak tours for those interested) on an island in the Tigre Delta, just 10-15 min by boat from the main fluvial station. They have a stall at this station which is how we got to know them. It was a great decision to visit! The restaurant is focused on mainly local fish and also has great steaks and pasta, including some specialties like yacare (a local alligator) ravioli. Food was really great, excellent and attentive service plus friendly owners who after our meal explained the importance of the Delta for the city and a little history of how it was formed. They also put great emphasis on sustainable development and you can really notice the passion for their work and the Delta! We were super glad that we chose to come here. Thanks a lot Damian and Ezequiel for the hospitality. We surely will be back. Thanks a lot for your feedback and for sharing your experience and opinion with other visitors. We hope to see you again soon at Kanoo. In case you would like to come back and make a reservation please contact us at +549.11.6691.2222 via a WhatsApp or phone. Kind regards,

tibuk is an author food restaurant, everything takes place in a warm atmosphere, has an excellent wine cellar and a bar with first class beverages The letter is brief, in which you can find a variety of flavors It's something different
This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! The food (salmon ceviche entrada, salmon rosti and "no es tipico vigilente" postres) was delicious and elegantly presented. The service (mucho gracias, Sol!) was excellent and the ambience (away from the tourist area) was perfect, including warm blankets for our dinner on the patio! My 18 year-old son and I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!
