4 Senses is a new place located on the plaza just below Hotel Simon. An original concept in Martinique, both delicatessen and wine bar.Inside you find a spacious bright room with a modern classy decor of large windows, high ceilings, glass doors, a wooden bar round.For my first visit just after opening I had a seat outside on the terrace offering a fantastic view on Baie des Flamands. With my family we ordered tapas with pate, Pata Negra ham and smoked salmon. We shared a bottle of Sancerre that came straight from the extensive wine cellar. So far so good.

We stopped for lunch while visiting the artisanal shops. We were seated at 12:30 and received our first food at 2:05. Both my duck and my husbandâs beef were totally unseasoned. Our server was very pleasant but very rushed. Dessert sorbet that came with the duck was wonderful. We didnât want to risk ordering dessert or,coffee. Price was fair and location pretty.

Les meilleurs plats japonais de la planète. Excellent. Les makis et autres rolls sont de très bonne qualité. Les Yakantoris dont la brochette est un morceau de canne à sucre (d'où le nom) est une très belle découverte. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas déguster tout sur place, car ils ne font que des plats à emporter. Je le recommande vivement

Très bonne table, service soigné, attentif et très professionnel. Les plats sont décrits avec conviction et passion par les serveurs. La carte offre des plats inventifs, régals pour les yeux et les papilles : cromesquis de poisson bourse sauce aigre-douce, poisson fumé du Carbet sauce wasabi, retour de pêche bourse et carangue, et une pina colada revisitée en dessert. Succulent !Seuls petit bémol :la cuisson des poissons qui pour moi était à la limite du trop cuit.Comptez 65⬠environ par personne entrée plat dessert avec un cocktail soft.
