I have been there for ten or more times, it's without any doubt my favorite place for breakfast or brunch in Playa del Carmen. Good food, good service and not too expensive. A must try. My wife and I have named this one of our favorite restaurants. This day I went solo for lunch. Having been here before I was familiar with their menu (I will posting pictures of their current offerings) and already knew what I wanted, The Arugula and Lettuce Salad. Plenty for a lunch on a warm Mexican day. It has of course, lettuce and arugula but also slices of dried apricots, sunflower seeds, julienne of beet root, and little balls of warm fried goat cheese and served with a zesty dressing. This salad rocks. Do yourself a favor, try this place you will be pleased that you did. In fact, invite me along. I will meet you there.

Really do not understand all the positive reviews on here. Dropped in for a change from Mexican food but I wish I hadn't. Curry was extremely bland and the complimentary appetizer was greasy and tasteless. I wasn't expecting authentic food but some flavour (other than cocnut milk) and heat in the curry would have been nice. Definitely not worth visiting if your taste buds are still working. Prices are high, portions are small and while this is common in PDC, there are also plenty of options for reasonably priced, tasty food. Try somewhere else

Nothing like it in Playa! Just across the highway from the little airport in Playa, just down the steeet from the Chevy Dealership...ten min walk fo m Chedraui Centro...nestle in quiet residential area....EVASS is an outstanding new build restaurant, unique layout features a dynamo sound system and soothing atmosphere. Tremendous varied menus.100% fabulous food prep by Chef David...the road lamb and beef entrees are memorable,..t Nader, cooked to order and to perfection. Roast veggies are second to none. Pasta entrees varied, different and delicious. The servers are perfection, well trained and bilingual..personable too. Our server remembered it was our anniversary and our desert was personally prepared(see pictures)...open concept bar for drinks and coffees...very comfy chairs, great bands and great atmosphere. Itâs a hidden gem in Playa...you have to go...itâs also fantastic for breakfast, Sunday brunch and lunches...mixture of Mexican or European dishes....I canât say enough about how much we enjoyed the venue, the food and the service!
