Our small restaurant is known for having a small menu, but our dishes are of the best quality and taste. We only use Swiss products, dispense with semi-finished products and produce almost everything ourselves. The name SIGN comes from SIGNature Dishes. J

This small streetside restaurant has outdoor seating and a modern but warm interior décor. There is a good selection of food and drink; prices reflect Wallisellenâs location near Zurich, meaning on the higher side. Service on my first visit was a bit shaky; I had to keep getting the waiterâs attention, but on both occasions all of the waitstaff was friendly. the food is ok, but as the owner makes up big stories so I do not know to trust if the food is really home made. The owner impersonates he is one of the big chefs from Zürich (he even introduced himself as being this guy) although he only bought the corporate structure used before by this chef. Wines are mediocre, the atmosphere inside is ok, but not a place suitable for a date or a romantic dinner.We think your rating is a bit borderline.That they turn off the boss that way, even though they do not know him and know what he's done.That everything is freshly cooked, she can watch for themselves and it's his recipe.We are sorry if you did not feel well with us.

We came for a business lunch and decided to sit in the Kaiten-Sushi area in the center of this large restaurant.All service personnel was very very friendly and attentive.Other Kaiten restaurants offer a wider choice of Sushis but the ones which we took out of the limited selection tasted excellent.
