Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Marigot. The principal town and capital of French St. Martin, Marigot is an appealing spot with brightly colored houses, a scattering of restaurants and lively produce and crafts markets. It’s a great base for exploring St. Martin’s secluded beaches (many clothing optional) and its more vibrant, family-popular ones. Marigot is within easy reach of the famed restaurants at nearby Grand Case, said to have the Caribbean's best dining. Kept temperate by trade winds, Marigot stays warm and sunny year-round.

My husband is a huge fan of middle eastern food and noticed this little spot while driving through Simpsonâs Bay. The kitchen is creatively situated in a shipping container and there is covered seating outdoors. While the food was delicious, the best part of the experience was the service. The owner was an absolute delight! He took real pride in his cooking and spent a lot of time chatting with us. He has a real gift for hospitality! If youâre looking for a quick, fresh, casual lunch, this is your place!

We visit Top Carrot every time we visit. We usually go for lunch. The food and service are great and the atmosphere is eclectic and you can shop while you wait for your food.

Cruise in for good times by land or by sea at the legendary Lagoonies Bistro-Bar. Renowned by sailors and locals for its famous sunset Happy Hour, fabulous and affordable French bistro-style menu, and epic live music events, Lagoonies is open Monday-Satur
We spent 2 weeks in St. Martin late December 2018. Lagoonies Bistro was one of our favorite spots to stop for cocktails and dinner! Fabulous seating right by the water with a great marina view of the boats. Service was the best! Friendly bartenders and servers. We will be back!
