Muse offers relaxed fine dining. The focus is on reinventing and modernising classic comfort meals. Healthy well presented dishes with fresh ingredients.
This is my first review of Muse after visiting the restaurant a number of times. This restaurant is really a gem. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. They made sure that there were no potential food allergy issues. As for the food- it is amazing! My favourite is the short rib pasta, but you really can't go wrong with any of the other items on the menu. The chef even came out to make sure we were okay and enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be back time and time again.

Nice little shop to look around in, in the premises.Dear 716trudisThank you for leaving us a review on your recent experience Graze and we are pleased you enjoyed your breakfast with us. As you said yourself we are not "next to" the river we are "Graze by the River" and we look forward to seeing you again, thank you

Imagine tucking into slow-roasted Karoo lamb, potato and onion fritters, roasted baby butternut and fresh garden vegetables while enjoying the ambience of one of Nieu-Bethesdaâs eclectic gathering spots. The Ibis Lounge, situated on Martin Street, is the
We visited this âplattelandâ restaurant with its reputation for fine cuisine on a Sunday for lunch. Barbara received us with Karoo hospitality and offered us cold drinks, water and ice in the heat of the summer. We partook in the Sunday roast and enjoyed every fork full of flavour. My husband loved his roast lamb, whilst I savoured the roasted vegetable quiche. The side dishes were fragrant and made with fresh, seasonal ingredients â delicious! Barbara is an excellent cook and a gracious host. Friendly and professional service. Ideal for a rewarding Sunday lunch experience indeed.
