A remodeled very lovely two story house on a corner provides the venue for Max and Lucia, the proprietors. Max is Chilean and Lucia is a carioca. There were several Brazilians working there. The Risotto al Mixto was excellent. It was executed correctly in every way, the seafood was not overcooked, the rice was not sticky. The two main problems that can happen. All the flavors stood out. The desert menu is quite good though the torta de malucuya we were told by another customer was excellent but it was sold out. They have a full ice cream bar of San Francisco Brand. Which is excellent ice cream. The caipirinha was full of limes and ice and perfect from my taste. I had the entrecote which was fine, but nothing special. It was cooked correctly. The chilean beef is stronger tasting than american beef, as the animals move around more, so for a Gringo it is a bit like venison. Just a bit. The place was full on valentines day, so it was a bit hectic but the service was smooth, the chaos comic and never a stress showed. When the two owners argued over some order or another it was with humor and affection and for me added to the experience. They have a good solid espresso machine too, and a good drink selection. It's not a large place, probably seats 40 at most, so the drinks are an array of kunstman and i think austral beers.Thanks Alex, it is nice to receive your comments and it was very special to offer our service to you, your wife and all your nice friends. We know we have to improve our business in a lot of ways, but opinions like yours is the best indicator in order to feel that we are going in the right direction. Regresé a este restaurante después de varios meses con unos amigos, esta vez a cenar. La verdad es que fue un agrado. Atención cordial, ademaás de una copa de degustación de pisco sour de bienvenida por cuenta de la casa. La corvina grillé con papas rústicas y otra con ensalada de palmito, palta y espárragos muy sabrosos. La Paila Marinera del Faro igualmente destacable. De noche se pierde la vista hacia el mar de Caleta Higuerillas, pero lo acogedor del lugar lo hace pasar desapercibido.

The best ceviche I tried in chile were in concon Mancora. Fish are fresh, taste very goood and people very nice! Moreover, delivery is possible!Price are low 4000 CLP to 5000CLP for a ceviche enought for two peoples!Just a comment : This restaurant is a sort of fast food, not a gastronomic restaurant with lot of services so we have to paid attention to don't compare this both type of restarant! So if you want a beautiful restaurant with high services: passed! But It's not a reason to don't give a good note for it!!!
