Es un gran sitio en el que probar cosas distintas e innovadoras. Es genial que se salga de lo tÃpico. Los miércoles tienen sushi (bastante bueno) y tienen una gran selección de bebidas. Otro detalle que me gusta es la variedad que tienen de tes e infusiones. Recomendable 100%.

Sunday night after watching Valencia beat Barcelona at basketball, lots of places closed because it's Sunday. Tripadvisor and Viu came up trumps. Friendly welcome from enthusiastic young couple in a place that's only been open just over a year but is definitely worth finding.Maybe the wine list could be more extensive, maybe it's a little expensive by local standards, but the quality and care easily make up for it. Go and enjoy!

Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food at Estalvi is INCREDIBLE! I am a vegetarian, and it's so vegetarian friendly, and the food was honestly some of the best I have had, especially in Spain. Combinations so unique and so perfect. I wanted to have my starter salad for desert too, as it was that amazing. A huge thank you to Victor and his wife, who is one talented chef, for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return over and over again, even if we have to drive 35 minutes every time. Wow!
