On our visit to Gran Valle Rey this year we returned to this restaurant where we remembered having some great meals last year. Only got there once this year, but it was just as good as we remembered. Amazing flavours. Friendly staff. Highly recommended, but you need to make a reservation, it is very popular.

We went here to have a dinner with my boyfriend, because the menu looked really inviting. After eating a week in a row Canarian flavours, we wanted to have something a little bit different. Here you can get also Canarian food but with Asian twist. It was so refreshing to get a nice thai style coconut shrimp soup and fish curry.The place has really nice Asian/Indian decoration and atmosphere plus the staff is really really nice and they speak very good english so us non-spanish speakers manage too.There weren't that many customers when we arrived, but we were there probably quite late. Definitely this is the restaurant to visit. The portions are huge, so you won't leave hungry. There are only few tables outside, but inside there is plenty of tables.

I thought by the name El Pescador that I would find a good fish selection and was disappointed that there was only one fish dish on the menu. However, the fish was excellent. Rotisserie Chicken was the house specialty and I returned a few days later to try it, and it was good. Extremely good value. The least expensive meal I had on the trip. The restaurant is popular so you need to go early.
