The service is impeccable! Every single person, from the busboy up was gracious, congenial, charming, knowledgable - truly remarkable, really elevates the experience. Nice to have the choice of either a 4 course pris fixe, dégustation.The bread and butter is absolutely divine, and they are very generous with it.Standouts: Flageolet, Dover sole, swordfishGood espresso, nice gratis madeleines, lovely take-home gift cake.It is wonderful to know how much you appreciate all we do to ensure your time at Daniel is exceptional. This was a 4th time I have been to this fabulous restaurant and it continues to be one of my most favorites. The food was outstanding as always. This time I went with several girlfriends and we all did the dinner tasting menu. Every single dish was elegant and delicious. Service here is also another element several notches higher than most restaurants of this caliber. They are ever attentive but not hovering. Can't wait to go back on my next trip to NYC.It is always our pleasure to serve you and an honor to be among your favorites!
