Zeer sfeervol en smakelijk avondje gehad terwijl we iets te vieren hadden. Met stijl opgemaakte gerechten en een leuke verrassing van de chef vanwege ons persoonlijke feestje. Laat ik in elk geval de trifle aanraden, maar de rest was ook niet te versmaden.Leuk, ongedwongen en kundig personeel, prachtig aangelegd en ingericht terras. Het enige jammere was dat we vanwege het mooie weer buiten zaten te eten terwijl het restaurant binnen een prachtige, gezellige uitstraling heeft. Dat komt de volgende keer.

Locale nel centro di Weert dal look "boscaiolo":-) La tipologia di piatti offerti é variegata. Ho gustato una zuppa di cipolle (buona) è una bistecca si ferri cottura media servita con salsa di peperone accompagnata dalle immancabili patate fritte e da insalata. Birra locale buona.

This couple moved from another place in Weert (Bretelli) to this new location a few months ago. New modern style, but the same excellent cuisine. Friendly staff, great plates. Very good quality for money. Parking next door.Can highly recommend.

On one of the many cycle-tracks around the city of Weert you can visit this cafe-restaurant for a drink, a snack, a sandwich, a lunch and a dinner in a very loose atmosphere with a children's play-ground in front of the terrace you can enjoy your drinks of food in a vivid scenery of playing children. The fresh salads and cooked dishes are all home made. We loved the mussels and we sure will go back soon.

Yesterday, I went to de oude Schut for the second time. the atmosphere is very comfortable, cosy and although small, there's enough space for everyone. The food is magnificent and the waiters were very friendly, honest and accomodating. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone going to visit Weert!

We went for lunch in our hometown and ended up here. All table were occupied, but luckily some people left. We sitting an inside table near the window.My girlfriend had the carpaccio, I had the beef burger for lunch. Both items were nice and tasty. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice and cosy: a homelike feeling. Excellent place for having lunch. We will definitely return to try out other menu items.Tip: Make a quit call for reservations, if you don't want to find yourself empty seated.

I visited this place with my boyfriend after reading all the positive reviews on TA.I have to say we were not disappointed! From the beginning (try their gin-tonic vanilla drink!!) with delicious appetisers, to the unbelievably delicious dessert: it was perfect! The atmosphere is great and the staff is ever so friendly. I couldn't fault them for anything!The main course, veal, was honestly the softest, tastiest, melt-in-your-mouth meat that I've ever eaten. The complementary wines were also very good, they matched the dishes perfectly. The concept is also great, you can choose several small dishes (4,5,6,7), choose a set menu, or eat a la carte. Prices are very decent for the quality of food and the great service you get here!!! We will definitely return, I would recommend this place to everyone.
