We were recommended for this restaurant by the owner of the hotel we stayed. It is a restaurant attached to a small hotel/gites, rather a new establishment. The surrounding is beautiful, and the owner is very friendly. Food was also enjoyable, and very reasonable price.

I came here with a group from Avignon Wine tours. The food ended up being terrific, the service was nicely paced and it was very pleasant to sit outside. Price wise the lunch menu with 3 courses was under 20euros. Good place, good experience, would definitely return.

Being short of time we went for the menu du jour and were delighted with the quality and presentation of the meal. The service was timely and polite. We thought it very good value and a pleasure to eat under the mature chestnut trees in the warmth of the August sun. As we were in for a long drive, we couldn't benefit from the extensive wine list, which was our only disappointment!

Hidden away in what looks like a factory you will find the best bread and sandwiches for miles. There is a large selection and it is all freshly baked. There is in-door and out-door seating to enjoy the baking and coffee. Really nice service supported by products baked in the premises. The prices are really low; breakfast for 5 for â¬12!!You have to give them a go!

Eating at CVG was a absolute treat. The garden setting, beautifully decorated is tranquil & peaceful. Well spaced tables, comfy chairs.... friendly welcome from smiling staff, a perfect start to the evening. The courgette stuffed with crab was llight & flavoursome, the cold tomato/gazpacho sauce its served with burst of summer for your tastebuds. Mains of fish & pork, ingredients of the highest quality prepared without too much fuss, cooked & seasoned just right. A plate of cheese delicious & the correct sized portion. Dessert was unexciting, a mille feuille, pastry was perfect but the creamy filling was bland. The menu at â¬42pp is a good price in our opinion. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Le patron est un connaisseur de vin qui vous fait partager sa passion . Sa cuisine est simple mais de bon goût dommage qu'il assaisonne fortement sans demander l'avis du client j'avais une pièce de boeuf excellente bi en que l'aspect était pas terrible, la surface était blanche mais du poivre en pagaille ce ne me fais rien j'aime bien mais ma femme aurait pris la même chose elle n'aurait pas pu manger elle ne supporte pas le poivre .

Had lunch their today.Really good home cooked food and a bargain.Starters you help yourself to buffet,coldmeats,Pate,salad,couscous,and many others.Main course was Cote du Porc,well cooked Porc with green beans.Followed by cheese and then a desert ,choice of 6.All served with red wine.Off the beaten track but worth finding.

It took us a couple, of circuits of Visan before we found Les Troubadours, but we are pleased we did so.Tucked into what amounts to a cave under a rocky outcrop this small restaurant provided a great value lunch. We had the menu de jour which was a cut above that offered by many establishments and was served by the friendly and efficient proprietor.
