Nicolas and Karime are quite lovely. Food it always good. If you want to change something on the menu, not a problem. Try the couscous speciality (need a good appetite!) Overall a lovely place to spend a relaced lunch or a summertime evening.

An easily overlooked little restaurant by the river in Troo. It is worth seeking them out. We had faux filet and fries followed by excellent ice cream. No cards only cash here, so be prepared. They are not happy with cheques either. Overall a relaxing fun easy going friendly place.

We stopped in here with a slightly tired 2 yr old for lunch at the tail end of the tourist season. We were the only people in there but the owners made us fell very welcome. We had only really wanted a salade and a beer. However, all that was on offer was the 3-course prixe fix which turned out to be the most lovely lunch! The choice of four main courses was very traditional (tete de veau, faux filet) and the portions perfect for a lunch. The house wine was good value, the service was quick, even though they had to turn on the stoves just for us! For a 15 Euro menu this was a great choice, we felt comfortable taking our little one, and a great way to enjoy Troo.

Traditional inn in a frame of an old chapel dating from the 12th century. Traditional French cuisine with homemade local products mainly with beef specialties and our map saint Jacques shellfish and prawns, head of our dishes. Menus 16 e 20e 25e 34 Euros.
We had dinner here one night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Since it was spring and rather cold, Emile had lit the fire, and gave us a table next to the fireplace.Food was excellent - the moules frites in particular and so was the cheese platter - thoroughly enjoyed this experience and if we are ever in the neighbourhood again, we definitely would visit this place.

Coming to Fai's restaurant (and home) is like fine dining in a friend's house. We were greeted warmly into this gorgeous home filled with interesting art, antiques, and collections that entice the eye. Then the food arrives and each dish is more interesting and beautifully presented than the previous one. The Asian touches in fine French cuisine is extremely interesting and we loved the entire experience. There is one menu for the day according to the season and features local food and wine. What makes this even more special is that Fai is the cook, host, and server making the experience even more intimate. The Manoir is the combination of his love of fine food, friends and art. This will be our first stop when returning and we are only sorry we did not discover this earlier in our trip. Merci beaucoup, Fai.
Situated right under the old château in this picturesque village, Sophie prepares excellent lunches on her terrace and offers many local products inside.Prices are extremely reasonable and well prepared and presented.Definitely worth a stopover if even for coffee in the sunJe vous remercie très sincèrement.
