People come from all around to buy their bread in this small village bakery. They are open every day except Thursday in the morning and again in the late afternoon. They do some picnic-type food which you can buy to eat at the tables in the garden, but they are not actually a restaurant. Great for hikers and cyclists. The owners have just purchased one of the two cafes in town, La Platane, and are presently renovated it. It should open very soon. Looking forward to it.

On a beautiful sunny day we enjoyed a memorable lunch outside at the town square at Restaurant les Voyageurs. I had pieds et paquets dâagneau, a local lamb-based specialty which included lamb feet (âpieds) and a ground-up lamb patty (âpaquetsâ â bundles of ground lamb tripe, salt pork, garlic, parsley) in a delicious sauce. Finally had a tripe dish I enjoyed â probably because the tripe was pretty well disguised by so many other flavors. Also, maybe thereâs a difference in lamb tripe vs the beef I had before. A marvelous lunch with our host's little dog under the table enjoying the lamb bones I was happy to share. Very attentive and sprightly waitress was a plus.

This a classy French farm. Beautiful big dining room. The 5 course lunch meal was quite memorable. We didnât eat anything else that day! Vol au vent aux cèpes is highly recommended. The plat du jour varies. Ours was mignon de pork, delightful The fondant au chocolat competed with the tiramisu for best at our table. A nice walk on the farm ground was most enjoyable and we were able to see the dear farm with dozens of beautiful animals. Donât miss it.

Cuisine familiale - Cadre chaleureux et décontracté, à l'ombre des platanes SERVICE LE SOIR UNIQUEMENT SUR RESERVATION
We came upon this restaurant during a tour of small villages near Apt in late June. The host is welcoming, the food authentic, everything was delicious, and the price was reasonable. We will return again.

A cross between a wine bar, wine shop and restaurant. I had read the reviews but when I arrived in the village, I had no internet connection to remember price or style! We arrived at 12h40 and it was empty so I was surprised when we were asked if we had booked! We hadn't but they had one table for 2 left and within 5 minutes, the place was full and people were being turned away. It didn't disappoint - simple one-dish formula with a selection of delicious produce and home made mini-dishes (not unlike a Japanese 'bento' with several tiny courses on one slate). Everything was delicious and of course the manager is on-hand to recommend the perfect wine to accompany your meal. â¬12 euros for the one-dish meal and â¬5 for a meli-melo of 3 desserts. They kindly accommodated my Gluten-free requirement. Not your typical 'Provence cuisine' but a 'foodie' delight!

In the middle of Haute Provence and not far from Forcalquier, Revest des Brousses is a pretty, pictiresque hiltop village... Lupin Blanc is a lovely refreshing haven of peace with a flower-filled terrace for summers and a chemine for winters, Marie and Ke
This is my fourth review of Lupin Blanc, spread over several years, and my opinion hasn't changed in that time. It's an excellent family-run restaurant, with great food, friendly and efficient service, a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and in a small, photogenic square in a picturesque old village. One can eat outside in the square, or inside in the restaurant. The host speaks good English.A minor drawback is that parking in the square is limited, but there's more space a little way down the hill.My wife and I have eaten at the Lupin Blanc on several occasions times during our current holiday in the area, and we would happily do so again ... and again. If only we weren't returning to the UK shortly!

We had heard much about this restaurant high up in the wilderness. The restaurant is very rustic with just a few tables in an old farmhouse. The service was very pleasant but a bit sloppy. The table was not cleaned between the meals and looked quite messy in the end. We had the lunch menue that lacked imagination, all dishes tasted more or less the same with a fishy flavor everywhere. The dessert was the best part but there was too much of it all served at once. Does not measure up to its reputation or perhaps they just had a bad day.

Walking in this beautiful village, we came by this place, with an amazing view. We were hesitant about eating there (resembles a tourist trap), but the food and gentlemservice proved us wrong. The salads were great, and for decent prices. The waiters friendly and the views on the Luberon breath-taking. Do not hesitate, just go (but early as it fills fast!).

We have just returned from a week in Provence and visited this restaurant twice. What a treat: wonderful food and excellent service from Christian. Maybe a little off the beaten track but well worth a try and great value for money. We hope to be back soon. Kristen and Luca from Siena.MERCI pour votre commentaire. This was recommended to us so we went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. My daughter and I had the vegan burger & fries, both delicious and the chocolate fondant, also delicious and made with chestnut flour. Our friend had the lamb cutlets with sauteed potatoes. Fresh product, vegan and glutenfree.
