Four of us ordered the marlin fish sandwich at 22 euros each. Very disappointing pre-frozen fish patty, just warmed up and put on a so-so bun with a lot of mayo. Even McDonalds does it better.Sorry but we do not have mayonnaise in the fish burger ... Fresh fish not frozen and it's sandwich without cooking and not something to grill ... If your mouth is not sensitive to good food, I advise you to actually go to McDO.It's a pleasure to see you again.

This was our fourth trip in four years to Martinique and I sought this place out on our first full day. Alas, they are closed on Thursdays. We returned later in the week specifically for the Salade du Berger -- a delicious green salad topped with a firm crouton topped with melted chevre brie. Our waiter was charming and the meal was great as expected.

Considering I didn't have many good meals in Martinique, at least this place had a bit of local ambiance and was on the beach. We had Stuffed Crab and Boudin, that wasn't particularly tasty but we enjoyed the meal anyway as we washed it down with a couple of Planteur. The best thing about this restaurant is it's superb location.

Basilic Beach answers a much needed quality beach-side eatery in Saint Anne. This restaurant differs from the others in its inventive menu that remains true to its local heritage, but includes lighter salads and plates. The food is prepared fresh, so you may need to wait a little longer... but it is worth it!Service quality is spot on.Friendly and helpful, but allowing the customer the space to take in the lovely view of the beach in peace and quiet.A lovely afternoon experience.

We ate here for lunch the last day we were in Ste. Anne. It was the best meal that we had and were sorry we weren't able to come back. Most places have a decent main meat/fish component but the appetizers, side dishes, etc. are mediocre. Not at this place. They brought bread with a bit of a fishy, delicious butter soon after we sad down. The avocado/shrimp salad was also delicious. I had the shrimp in coconut sauce and they were large and fresh. The prices here are not higher than the other places we went to in downtown Ste. Anne; actually that is one of the things we found a bit odd in Martinique, prices didn't seem to vary much from restaurant to restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful even when we told her that we (by that I mean my boyfriend) had forgot to bring enough money so we had to keep everything under the 40 euros I brought with me.

We were a large group of multiple families, and were seated right away. The place was reserved by another large group, but the owners managed to fit us in by seating the kids and adults at two separate tables. They were great about making sure that the kids orders were approved by the parents :)Food was wonderful. Savory crepes were delicious...creamy, tasty wonderfulness!Dessert crepes were even better! The menu was reasonably priced, I thought. Our family of four ate well for about â¬50-60. Owners then treated all the adults to the local rum! Very kind indeed. The restaurant is pretty casual, and there is no AC, but it the room fans did a good job of keeping it cool and ventilated. If I'm lucky enough to revisit Martinique, I'd go back for sure!
