A restaurant located in the center of Rochefort in the Ardennes. The food is classic southern Belgian. The food was OK, nothing great, but matched the price level. Key issue was the service and a terrible long wait for the food, which appeared to affect everyone in the restaurant. The service was a little unfriendly and getting anything which approached a smile from the waitress was impossible. I would seriously consider choosing another restaurant in the town unless you have plenty of time to kill.

Restaurant L'Othentique distinguises itself from the very average restaurant selection in this touristic village. Limited menu with original dishes. The owners propose a very nice menu and wine selection (French oriented). Nice presentation of the dishes, all made with ingredients from regional producers at a resonable price. We have spent a very nice evening and will definitely come back.

Très bel endroit pour passer quelques jours de vacances près des grottes de Han. Chambre spacieuse, propre, service sympa, rien à redire. Je recommande vivement la suite junior pour les familles.

At the restaurant, ?Du Four à la Table?, you can enjoy authentic and delicious dishes which reflect the region?s specialities and have been prepared in a simple, but refined, way. The restaurant is non-smoking and offers a separate room for family celebra
I thinking I must be one of their first customers. I found the restaurant while I lost my way...since then I visit them à few times a year. Exciting flavors and Great wiens.

We have been traveling the world for the last 30 years now, and we love "The Ardennes" forest . We are always trying to find unique and authentic "Auberge". L'auberge du Bief de la Lesse, is all you dream about to find in the heart of Ardennes. That has started by a very warm welcome by the couple who owns and manage the restaurant (Michael waitressing and Virginie Cheffing) . We took the aperitif on the lovely little Lounge, Chevron Tweed Fabrics and confortable armchair, warmed with a traditional Ardennes wood stove! That gave us the time to choose our Menu from the generous Traditional black board listed daily suggestions. And what a surprise! The Wine list is amassing and on a reasonable prices witch give the must of drinking great wine in restaurant again, like in the good old days! The "Saint Julien" selection is fantastic. My partner had the Warm goat cheese to start with and I had the Frog legs (Cuisses de grenouilles, Traditional Ardennes treasure) they were bone less and slowly cooked with Fresh Garlic & farm Butter, Fantastic! For main my partner had the Fresh Salmon with a traditional "Béarnaise sauce", and I went for the "Entrecôte Bleu" delight for Meat Lovers. Atmosphere was Romantic and the Restaurant open fire pushed us with No doubt for recommending this Great Gastronomical and Humain experience... Well done you, Michel and Virginie, you are both passionated people, and that make the all difference! We will be back!

Couleur Basilic est composé de 2 espaces . Un restaurant Bistronomique et un bar Lounge le Liquid bar.
Stopped for lunch with the family, a good choice of different foods, massive portions (a bit too much for lunch really) at reasonable prices. Very tasty, well cooked with friendly and efficient service.Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

We only popped into La Gourmandise for a beer, but it is often worth reviewing places to advise that a place isnât purely a restaurant, because it is often the case that you just want something to drink. The beer was fine and the service good. I must also say that, although we didnât have anything to eat, the food we saw being served looked pretty good too.

Very lovely place in the city center of Rochefort just a few meters of the church. Trendy and confortable restaurant
We had their fête de maman menu, good value for a very tasty meal. I enjoyed the starter in particular, shrimp ravioli in a smooth yet light sauce, carrot to add sweetness and spring onion to add a bit of bite. Really balanced set of flavour and well worth bending my no gluten rule for! We will definitely come back here on another trip to Rochefort!Merci beaucoup de votre confiance.Famille Jacquemin L'inattendu Rochefort

Excellent restaurant, great food (countryside French/European), fast service (but they were a bit too stressed?). Drinks might be a bit expensive but we'll come back for the food!

This is a good, family-run restaurant. The welcome and service throughout was excellent. The food was really very good - genuinely fine dining and an experience to remember. Being hyper-critical I would say it lacked a touch of atmosphere - not sure whether that was the decor, the layout of the tables or the lighting. It also wasn't rammed full. But leaving that aside, it represented very good value for a memorable meal.
