This cute little restaurant was perfect for a crepe dinner date with N. Great wine, patient service with my (barely) passable Francais and perfect crepes. Get the full menu and youâve got a starter, entree crepe, dessert crepe and a beverage for $26.90 (Swiss francs of course).

Perfect location and nice patio in front of the lake, everything is set to be a great restaurant and the food (beef filet) is delicious.... however staff and building are really disappointing... poor service, unfriendly and nonchalant staff,... together with table lamp covered by spider nest and fading flowers,... don't want to go back and it don't deserve to be recommended... move away, much better place can be find aroundNous sommes désolés que notre restaurant vous ait déçu.Nous allons faire parvenir votre commentaire à nos équipes afin qu'ils perfectionnent leurs prestations de services.Nous espérons néanmoins vous recevoir pour un prochain repas dans notre établissement.

Perfect for lunch. Quick service, very correct price, nice dishes. Simple, but very good when you just want to eat quickly, without spending time for dishes..wine and bla bla bla. Just proper simple food. One note- prosecco is not cold. ) rest is fine. We ate there many times.

Morges may not be a big city, but you can have delicious meals if you know where to find them. This restaurant is situated near the post office and the central pedestrian area of Morges. It offers regional food, such as "papet vaudois" (mix of leeks, potatoes, and a cabbage sausage often served with cream and white wine) or "langue de boeuf" (beef tongue), but the dish I recommend is the delicious "Fondue aux 4 fromages" (4 cheese fondue). You can either choose 200gr per person (which is plenty enough!) or 260gr per person. The fondue for two + 2 drinks was about 50 CHF, which is really cheap for the quantity and quality you get...if you want to feel Swiss, this is the place to go!

I must say I visit the place once every year when in Switzerland. And the (good) quality remains year after year. However, I must say that the "filets de perche" were disappointing, and quite expensive.Swiss restaurants are in general too expensive, but always full ...A cool place, where you may have dinner while watching tennis players competing.

My partner and I came from London for a little getaway weekend to Morges. We enter l'envie without any expectations and we left delighted. Such a cute little place great food and amazing wine. I can't recommend enough.

The lovely view of the lake from the restaurant was probably the only thing that made them acceptable. The service was stand offish although they spoke English. They couldnât be bothered to explain the difference between 2 items. They acted like we were bothering them. The food was average. The fish had a very strong fishy taste.

My friends and I stopped here to have a beverage in the outside bar area. We waited for 20+ minutes until a girl, who had been sitting at the bar working on a crossword puzzle, got up to help a man that had come over to the bar requesting a beer. After serving them, we approached and I asked her why she hadn't asked us what we would like. Her 'snippy' reply was that they only had at the bar service there. When I asked her, "Why didn't you ask us to come and order at the bar?" Her very quick response, again very snippy, was, "Why didn't you ask me to serve you?" I quickly explained to her, perturbed at her rude reply, that we didn't even know she worked there as she was sitting at the bar entertaining herself with her crossword and on her cell phone. I also told her we were the customers and shouldn't have to look for a server, it should be the other way around. She torted, "This is the way we do things here!!" Yes, indeed, as we now can see from the numberous bad reviews and poor explanations of this establishment. A server in the USA or other parts of Europe would be quickly relieved of their duties. Unbelievable! I wouldn't recommend this place even if you were desperate, there are so many other places to choose from - just walk a bit further. From the server Mme Luegon :Dear Madam, Let me start by saying that I'm truly sorry that I came across rude and snippy, it wasn't my intention, I was simply surprised by your questions and your tone, I understand now that you were upset and I apologize for my behavior. But I must say that I don't agree with the negative comment about the whole place, the hard work of my colleagues in the restaurant should not be rated on the few drinks you had at our outside bar one afternoon. So if you come back in our beautiful area I would love to offer you a drink of your taste and maybe change your mind ?I wish you all the best.

Be sure to know the oppening - closing hours of the restaurants... or you might be not very well received... that was my mistake... but after that... leaving the romantic lunch aside and getting into a more practical approach... it was reasnable... not to repeat again... regarding price... they have a cheapper menu so you'll spend something like 50chf for a 2 persons meal.

Traditionnal Brasserie, various dishes
As someone who travels on their own a lot one of my pet peeves is when you get tucked away in a corner as if they are trying to hide you. That is exactly what happened here. However, service was attentive, which is not always the case when that happens. Food was great. The wine list was surprisingly nice. The overall vibe was a cross between a bar and a restaurant. On a night when not too many places seemed to be open this ended up being a surprisingly good choice, seating notwithstanding.
