We have been to this restaurant each year, since it opened and went twice this year, whilst camping nearby. Each year it gets better. The choice, presentation, food quality and service were excellent. The gazpacho with tomato and basil ice cream was a wonderful starter during the hot summer weather and the rest of the meal was equally as good. We look forward to next year.

I walked out of the way for 30mins to visit this proclaimed 100% bio restaurant, situated slightly out of the centre of old town Lodeve. I wished my efforts were rewarded. All the food have been prepacked as in a supermarket (like Itsu or Prêt-A-Manger etc.) in absence of food preparation on location. For the hot dishes, you could heat them up in a microwave oven. This is against serving food as fresh as you can. They could have been better off heating the dishes for the patrons in a proper oven. Not recommended at all.Dear Canvas, thank you for this first international comment !Answering to your comment, the food you have found in our restaurant is prepared just behind the restaurant ! In fact, if you want, we could make an appointment in order you visit our kitchens if you want, they are very interesting. A lovely local restaurant - good value and good food. If you have time to make a. reservation in advance - it's well worth the trip. Try whatever the waiter or waitress recommends - including the wine. Enjoy the meal - it's well worth the visit.

This restaurant is set near an industrial estate but that should not put you off! Richard and Suzanne have been running it for just over a year. We dined in September and had a superb meal from one of the the fixed price menus at 19 euros. The food was excellent and the ambience is charming. You can see where the action takes place in the kitchen. The owners are English with french Staff. We are very happy to recommend the restaurant particularly if you are looking for something a little different.We wish them well.

We had not booked and were welcomed warmly, as the family ran through the menu, I decided just ask what the host would recommend, I was not disappointed. Although I will admit to some jealousy at my wife's lamb dish. If you are in Lodeve and would like some authentic African cooking, then you must try this restaurant.
