We were feeling quite hungry when we sat down in the restaurant but there was not a lot of choice for what we wanted and because the one dish we wanted to order (shepherd's pie) was not available we left without eating as we didn't fancy the buffet items.

This gorgeous spot is well-worth the short taxi ride from the airport. The couple who run it are charming and were extremely patient with our halting French. Between them, they understood enough English to walk us through the menu. Everything was fabulous and the cheese course to die for. A larger selection of top-quality cheeses to chose from than at most cheese stores even in Paris. The deserts were great too.An unexpected delight and rare find near the airport.Be forewarned, though, a taxi from a deRoissey hotel will start out at the airport so you'll have to pay for the travel time between the airport and the hotel in addition to the ride to the restaurant. We paid about 20 euros each way in total. That said, the meal was less than half the price of a comparable meal in Paris so it was still less costly than dinner in Paris. And both food and wine were great from start to finish.

A rather late summertime evening meal, warm outdoors so we sat at their humble sidewalk tables. It is a small suburban street, so there is little car traffic, but numerous people walking by, including tourists of all sorts. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The menu offerings were good, and the waiter helpful. But the appetizers were just stunning, both in presentation and in unusual good taste; the main courses were quite delicious as well. Such a memorable meal -- perhaps the warm gauzy sunset helped the atmosphere, and the leafy streetside view. Even the next-door pizza joint added to the neighborhood atmosphere. Expensive but worth every Euro. What a good idea to spend our 20-hour layover there in Roissy, and our meal at Madame Est Servie's sidewalk tables!

this place might be a nice place to bring customers if you are in the paris villepinte area but the service is not so professional, i ordered a medium rare filet mignon they brought me a cicken and they continued to say that my order was wrong, i could not comunicate properly in french and i gave up and ate my chicken. It is true that they offered me free of charge cheese plate which i enjoy.

near the CDG airport you can find a lovely restaurant where we serve a french cuisine with fresh products and you can enjoy our terrace on sunny days
Scarcely a runway's length from the heart of Charles de Gaulle Airport, this cozy little restaurant is a surprising and sophisticated establishment. The area around the airport is a rabbit warren of one way streets and the vestiges of a community that was here before the airport. A community that hangs on, despite all the airport paraphernalia, massive parking lots, modern hotels, warehousing facilities, etc. deserves our admiration and praise-especially with the high standards of this little auberge. The cooking is creative, tasty and fairly priced. The service is efficient and friendly, and for those who need it, they have an "English menu" and a waiter who can cheerfully translate for you. If the weather were better, you could even sit outside in a small courtyard! There is a small parking lot half a block away, and some street parking, all likely to be filled. Good luck. It is worth finding-a welcome antidote to hotel culinary mediocrity.

During a business trip to France, I came across this on tripadvisor as a lunch choice prior to a meeting at CDG, and pleased to say it was an inspired choice! Although my French needs much improvement, we manage to communicate effectively (thanks more to my dining companion!) with the staff/owners who were very welcoming, as was the food. Not being local, Iâm not sure when I will get another chance to visit but if ever I am in need of somewhere to dine near CDG, I will definitely try to visit again.

Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. for 11.50 Euro (lunch) they served up 4 very generous courses. So what do you get for 11.50? Entree was a slice of Quiche Lorraine.... a large slice!! Cooked fresh and very tasty... this would have been enough on it's own. For main you get a choice of 4 different menu items. We were a party of 12 and the choices were chicken with a mushroom cream sauce, beef bourginon and sausages from a wood fired bbq.... everyone was delighted with their choice.Next course was a large bowl of green salad and a cheese platter to share. And again there was plenty, large pieces of cheese and a whole wheel of Brie.Dessert was again a choice of several menu items, like Creme Brulee, Lemon tart, Chocolate or Vanilla Creme. I had the Lemon Tart and was not disappointed. You get all this and cider and red wine included. This restaurant is not upmarket if that's what you're looking for. But if you are looking for good quality food and great service from pleasant locals, then give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Simple but good restaurant neat Ch de Gaulle airport and within walking distance from the Hotel Campanile Roissy. Great service, good bistrot food at moderate price
It was hard to order.. No English menu.. No one speaks English.. The result was my plate was changed 3 times and finally a tasteless dish.Serving French food only with a little bar.. Nothing more to describe as it was a bad visit for me.

Entrees and desserts in the restaurant were outstanding. We had the Spanish Pork Rack, Burger and Entrecote. Meat was juicy, en point. We ordered Gnocch gratin as additional sides. They are to die for.Red wine list is not too exhaustive but sufficiently good.I have to warn on the desserts. They are to die for and excellent. Whether the Mille Feulle or the warm and flavorful chocolate fondant.... just a great experienceDear JoeK841,I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a comment about your last experience.I am glad to read that you loved the catering offer. We look forward to welcoming you back, Best Regards, Maeva LACROIX - Quality Manager

We were winding down our holiday in France and decided to overnight at the airport due to an early departure. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of service, decor and really tasty food! I wish I had taken pics of our entrees! My husband had the lamb chops and I had the scallops, both delicious! Kudos to the chef for a memorable last evening in Paris!
