We have been quite a few times to the Bistrot Pierre and have always loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the wonderful food. What has happened to the place? On a day, when the restaurant was quiet, probably due to the hot weather, the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed to be in huddles chatting, and ignorant of the fact that there were customers waiting to order and waiting for food. When a waiter eventually arrived with our drinks order 2 of the drinks were not what were ordered. The food took an age to come out. Fortunately, when it did arrive, it was of a good quality!Good evening,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our restaurant. I am very sorry that your recent visit was not up to our usual standards regarding service and I will make sure to pass your comments onto my FOH team to ensure that they do not forget the standards of service we expect to provide. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food and I do hope that you give us a chance to redeem ourselves in the future by dining with us again.Kind regards,Teri WoodhouseDuty Manager

Family run Cafe & Deli, serving fresh coffee, homemade food and cakes, using locally sourced produce from Hodgehill Farm Shop & Butchery. For eating in or takeaway.
We had an evening meal at the restaurant. On a Friday evening it was almost full which was a good sign. The food was very well cooked with good portions from a menu which catered for meat, fish and vegetarian. If looking for somewhere to eat in Kidderminster we would heartily recommend La Petite Gare.
