A limited menu choice but cooked well and very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend the calves kidneys cooked in a gorgeous red wine sauce. Outside seating area very nice or indoor option for when it pours down (sadly it decided to rain on the night we were there).

Impressive food and great service! We planned an easy dinner with colleagues which turned out to be such a remarkable experience. The chef came and talked in a very friendly manner with us. The food was so delicious and beautifully served. I'd recommend the Tartar and the smoked salmon as well as the Creme Brule. Will definitely visit it again next time I'm in Alsace

We were for lunch on a Monday in restaurant just beside of the "Marktplatz". It took a while to order the drinks and food and took even longer until the food arrived... the menu was "lasagne bolognese" fresh and well prepared and on the other hand "cheese spätzle", I personally had some really bad digestive problems after the "Spätzle", don't know why but it ended up with diarrhea :(

Had the freshest salad with grilled porcini mushrooms and topped with an egg for 1 meal, then a wonderful pumpkin soup and beef bourguignon paired with pinot noir. Excellent! Wir drücken den neuen Betreibern den Daumen, dass es weiterhin so phantastisch läuft ... ansprechende, breit gefächerte Karte, Top-Qualität, herzlicher Service ... und derzeit als Clou jeden Freitag (nach Vorbestellung mittwochs) frische, exzellente XXL-Froschschenkel in einer Qualität, die dem Schwarzen Adler in Oberbergen ebenbürtig ist - zum halben Preis ... ;-))

The weather was brilliant and we ate outside on the terrace every night. The menu provides a good selection of options with a 3x3 daily menu - changed every day (except Sunday - closed). Good wine list.

Lunch was good but overwelhming. The portions are huges. Only one waitress and she was rushed. View over the horse dressage area which keeps you enternained. Food basic but OK. Value for money. Will return one day.

.... nach einem Restaurant wo wir zu Abendessen können.Dienstag nach Ostern, viele Restaurants waren geschlossen. Aber diese Winzerstube hat uns sofort zum Anhalten mit dem Fahrrad bewegt und wir speisten hervorragend auf der Terrasse des Hotels!! Es hat alles, wirklich alles sehr gut geschmeckt saisonaler Spargel, hervorragend! Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt!

We returned for lunch at the end of a walk and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The food - mainly traditional fare - was excellent and the service friendly and attentive (although meals here are taken at a leisurely pace!).We sat outside under the large, shady umbrellas protecting us from the hot sun. All the tables outside were busy, but there was plenty of space inside for when the weather is less pleasant.We will certainly return.
