Adding to my older Review some more things you might find useful:The menu is on the Website and changes daily due to what is on stock. Their kitchen is part of the experience with a drink to start and you can see them working and preparing the dishes. No deep frozen Food at all (no place to stock it) and what is bought on a day is used on that day for the menuReservations required due to the System.Fully worth the small detour from the main Highway.

Staff went out of their way to assure us a pleasant lunch. As soon as our waitress realized we spoke English we were provided with an English menu. This restaurant is in an old Inn dated 1566, just beautiful. The food was excellent, my husband still talking about it. This was one of the nicest lunches we had while visiting Denmark.
