Just a few steps from the train station, this little place offered some of the best crepes we've had for a while. We both had buckwheat crepes, my wife's with egg and cheese, and mine with mushrooms and onions, and left very satisfied. The staff were very friendly, and amenable to unexpected requests (I offered to purchase on of their Breizh Cola glasses as a souvenir. The proprietress probably thought the amount we were willing to pay was too much, so she threw in a couple of beers for free).

Lâopportun restaurant is a family establishment. We welcome you in a new universe and a renewed decoration, industrial and warm, in a bright room, lit by a skylight. We propose you a lunch menu and a menu of local products, fresh, seasonal and cooked by o
Recently in Quimper and found L'opportun in a little street across the river near the historic centre. We had a delicious meal there including pickled mackerel with accompanying bits and pieces and a the fish of the day a la plancha (in this case beautiful very fresh trout) with fab fresh seasonal vegetables including courgettes and pepper and onion cooked in a kind of generously proportioned cake on the side. Other half had a memorably good souris d'agneau (lamb shank) again with slightly different combo of seasonal vegetables from memory with tomatoes, courgettes, etc. Local bread well chosen too. The very nice front of house/waiter (also the co-owner, apparently Madame does the cooking and it was all very good indeed) suggested excellent wines by the glass, made v g coffee and gave us some of the local Breton digestif to try after a particular nice meal. Very reasonable bill. All up pretty gorgeous and perhaps best meal in two week around Brittany.

Restaurant de cuisine traditionelle moderne. Situé au coin de la place au beurre, restaurant de charme avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
We came across this restaurant by chance and decided to try it and were not dissapointed. The food was well cooked and fresh with plenty of choice. I got the impression that the choice changes everyday as everything was on a blackboard. The waitresses spoke good English and were able to assist us in making a selection. The pitcher of white wine was particularly good. In our opinion the tables on the first floor are better than the ones where you come in.

his little jewel serves the best tea, coffee, with a large choice of cakes to go with it. Scones with fresh cream and strawberries, jars filled with nuts, caramel and goodies. We wanted to to back later for the regular plates and sandwiches, because unfortunately in France lunch is only until two, and after there's no more food....

The crêperie is closed on Sunday and Monday during the months of January, June and September
Just for the day in Quimper I went by the ratings that Crepery du Frugy received on Trip Advisor and we certainly were not disappointed . We went for the lunch time and even though we were early we were seated right away and ordered our drinks . Once lunch time arrived we each ordered a different crepe and we both really enjoyed our choice . The service was very nice and we loved the quaint interior . We hope to get back to this area in France to try some more and definitely at Crepery du Frugy !

We visited this small restaurant in light of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. It is clearly popular with locals and it is worth ringing ahead to book. The owner creates a great atmosphere, being extremely friendly, welcoming and generoius. The food was all delicious, with fresh local ingredients, and the chef was willing to cater specially for a vegetarian with a tasty ratatouille omelette. A memorable evening..

Ty Loulic is the place to go if you want to experience the taste of brittany. Carole, is a local dynamic and delightful host and will ensure your lunch or dinner is definitely unique and fun. While you enjoy your crepes, you can appreciate a great atmosphere and you almost feel she invited you home. I strongly recommend anyone to start this little adventure with Miss Carole, you won't forget this moment...I hope, next summer I will find a crepe with my name on the menu :-)

The best crepes ever!!! This is a tiny and modest place but the food is excellent. We had a good selection of salty and sweet crepes. The owners are lovely and shared a lot of knowledge about the region and local specialties. Recommend !
