Friendly service and food was fine. Don't expect Michelin Star quality but when you enter a brasserie that is the least of your concerns. Price is right. Place is a favorite for groups. Liked the mussels and fries and of course the locally brewed beer La Quintine which deserves five stars

The intention of the owners is to create an "haute-cuisine" restaurant. However, I think this is exactly where this restaurant is missing its target. This is a good restaurant but its to heavy to be a weekly return-restaurant and it is not refined enough to be a trendy restaurant.Kleine rechtzettingDe intentie van de eigenaars is zeker NIET een "haute-cuisine" te serveren,en ook niet een trendy restaurant te zijn. Wij weten niet wie u dat verteld heeft, maar dit is niet correct.Wat we wel willen ... is onze klanten in de watten leggen en savoureuse gerechten klaarmaken aan een goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. A small village which kept its authenticity, a no-non-sense brasserie which serves huge portions of well-prepared -though not sophisticated- typical and regional dishes: you don't need more after a walk or a bike-tour.

Nous avons pu déguster l'excellente biche en provenance de Houffalize.La saison culinaire du gibier à commencer.Comme l'an derniers a conseillé aux amateurs de gibier.N'oublions pas non plus la délicieuse viande de Ghoy et les scampis façon du chef à la carte toute l'année.Le Chef Claudy et Nathalie son épouse vous accueilles une grande simplicité et avec une qualité de plats et une gestion au top.Félicitations à vous deux

Maison D is in the centre of Ronse and lovely interior. Once you enter you are welcomed by the staff that are friendly and real professional. Not only food that is delicious but very nice presented and the that comes along with the whole menu are nice. We have enjoyed every minute of it and we sure will go back.

I had the chance to have lunch over the Easter weekend with my in-law family and we had a fantastic meal. The food was amazing, prepared with lots of care and taste. Wines were carefully selected to match the dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I can't comment in terms of prices as I was invited but I wouldn't hesitate to go back and to advertise this beautiful place around me. Many thanks for a great experience !

Le Vieux Chateau is hidden away from the main street behind trees and placed in a park surrounded by a moat, where a Black swan is reigning with its entourage of ducks. The restaurant itself is more like a large dark living room with huge Castle Windows and a Warming fire place. We went there Long Friday to celebrate a birthday. The service was impeccable, they did their best to translate the menu (only available in French and Flamish). The food was just great. Variations we hadn't tried yet and nicely served and prepared. Also everyone got 3 different kind of appetizers even though only two had ordered it. The mushroom soup was absolutely heavenly - I did not know, that mushroom soup could taste that good. Complements to the chef! The birthday child (my son) got a surprise plate before dessert. A delicious pineapple/mint cocktail served with a little firework. If you would like to enjoy a great dinner of good quality in beautiful surroundings and great service, then visit this place. Our best recommendations!

Though we have only dined at the Chateau du Mylord once before, we were greeted like regular visitors and felt welcome, which definitely also is thanks to sommelier Bart Lamont. The whole evening is like an adventerous luxurious culinaric trip with small surprises along the road. The micro-menus are my favourite. They are like a total surprise and the taste sensation is just fantastic. We went for the "Back from Holidays" menu...loved it. And the wine..... I can only recommend to choose the wine menu and let Bart handle the wine selection. If you appreciate delicate food, superior wine and being totally spoiled, you should pay Chateau du Mylord a visit ;-).
