GLOW as a part of the "Escher Raumdesign" premises at Promenade 115, an interesting interior concept combines with a top chefâs culinary expertise to create a unique experience. Under the motto "Enjoyment & Design", a modern alpine ambience sets the stage
We pitched up here without a booking and just before closing but the owner welcomed us and re-arranged things for our meal so we all sat together. The staff were attentive but not in the way and they were very friendly throughout, our hotel could learn from them. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully cooked and presented, high quality and the presentation was excellent as well. All in all I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.Dear Rob DThank you so much for your time and that you have droped in at the GLOW by Armin Amrein. We are very happy to hear, that you enjoied the Service and the kitchen and wish you all the best. Yours faithfully and with a smileArmin Amrein

The Restaurant Belvédère, located in the Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvédère, shines in a new light: a symbiosis of contemporary elements and historical souvenirs will turn the visit in an unique experience. Be enthralled from the very first moment by mode
We dined at the Restaurant Belvedere on a Saturday. Make sure to make a reservation at least a day in advance because it tends to get fully booked. We had a 3 course menu and all the courses were above our expectations. The fish and the homemade pasta was phenomenal. They have really good vines too. We will return!
It was explained by our waiter that the chef at Amreins takes off for the summer and leaves in his place this fabulous chef we had the pleasure to dine with. They must even change the name of the restaurant so it's confusing. And I don't speak Swiss-German. However I really didn't care our hotel recommended this restaurant and it was the best meal we had in our two week trip through France and Switzerland. All the food was perfect, portion size perfect, wine great, service great. If in Davos in the summer do not hesitate to try it.
