A fairly basic restaurant popular with walkers but don't let this out you off. Traditional food, good sized portions and inexpensive house wine. Deserts especially good.We went for dinner but think would have been better at lunch time when could have enjoyed the view.Meal for five people, two courses each with wine and water was euro 130.Make sure you take insect repellent and a jumper - about 5-10 degree cooler up here than on the coast.

Having visited on three occasions during our stay in Ceret we found the food to be consistently good, the service excellent and the atmosphere terrific. Nothing matched our first visit however when the Sardana band struck up in the square opposite and the dancers began to appear, turning a quiet evening with friends into a real celebration.

Le France is central located in the beautiful old town of Céret. The very friendly stuff, the stunning plane trees and the delicious food is an absolute must. Donât miss the entrecôtes or salads there! From my point of view the best restaurant in Céret.

Itâs not just a pizza restaurant they also serve excellent salads, fish and meat. Short but sweet wine list. Great service, the chef is wonderful and the owner is friendly and accommodating. The baked Camembert is amazing. But what is outstanding is that they coped with a mass booking of 100 people attending our daughterâs wedding all ordering a la carte. Superb food and brilliant service- thank you thank you thank you.

The Garden Restaurant team welcomes you in a setting entirely thought for relaxing in the courtyard back yard. The interior room has been decorated to bring the vegetation of the patio on the natural walls of cork and ivy. The kitchen will seduce you with
We were in Ceret visiting the art museum and doing our laundry. We saw this little gem down the street. It filled up fast and we soon knew we had scored. There are plenty of menu options and my husband and I each had the fish plat. Both were different...mine was lieu jaune with pesto and glass noodles. It was amazing, as was my husbandâs fish with shrimp on top. The dishes that came out of the kitchen were works of art...salads, plats, entrees, and desserts. The prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic. And what a pretty little spot with all things garden as decor. Donât miss this little gem if you are in Ceret.

I had the cuisine maison consisting of salade catalane to start which was a fresh, tasty anchovy salad followed by morue a l'aioli. The fish was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were an excellent accompaniment. My wife definitely enjoyed her food too.Would recommend.

I visited during the summer on the recommendation of friends. It is good to have another restaurant in Ceret that is a little off the beaten track and was expecting something special. Firstly i would say the service was excellent as was the wine. Not so good, bland starters and only one of the fish dishes we had was any good. Our bill seemed to creep up to the high side for what we had.

Celebrating my birthday last night at this little gem, one of the best restaurants we have been to, LâAtelier de Fred. The photos speak for themselves, heavenly food and wine, excellent service, friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Set Menu - each course was magnificently presented and locally sourced.
