We had been here for Wednesday lunch and were so impressed we returned for Saturday lunch driving from St Vaast . The dining room is relaxing and the food superb on either the menu du jour or the 28 Euro menu.

I know a few bars and restaurants in Carentan. If you are hungry and don't mind paper table cloths this IS A MUST.Rang by a group of Madame's very efficiently, so with quick service and good hearty food.Go mad and order some home made Cider, it costs another 2 euros!

Very Nice food! The portions were big and the taste was good. The mussels were very tasty and my partner had 450 grams of meat! Very nice, but a little fat. A pity that the young girl did not speak English. But the hostess was very kind and understanding.

They had only 2 items. Steak ( & of course) fries or an omelet! All very average.

Great place to come for a French/American experience. We've been here a few times now and it's always good value. Large range of American type burgers served in a very French way. Old Clint Eastwood westerns on the big screen. They do a version of Death by Burger, huge and with chips at about ⬠20.00. Deserts are good value with Ice Creams, Waffles, Creme Brulee or Crepes. This is a young persons place so do not be surprised if you eat early and see loads of families and later the teenagers arrive. It is located in the E.Leclerc car park so there are about 700 spaces to choose from. Have fun.

Our first evening spent on our yearly trip to Normandy was spent enjoying a leisurely evening here before we set of to camp Arizona .The service was wonderful fast, friendly and the food was just as good . Salads , croques , pizzas are the mainstay of the menu and they are delicious . I definitely recommend a visit

I had the steak and fries, which were pretty good. The coffee is great, too, and comes with a little chocolate. I was very happy with the food and the price. Only $8.5 for the entire! My sister had the duck and ratatouille, which were also delicious. The service was very friendly as well, even though they don't speak much English.

We tried this restaurant having seen the existing reviews, it sounded special and it was. It is small with additional space upstairs. If you need to have a table on the ground for reserve it. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table. The menu of the day had two starters and two main courses. It offered dishes we all were happy with and they were explained so we knew exactly what we would receive. When the food arrived the waiter added his comments which informed and confirmed our choices. The desserts and coffees completed an excellent meal. We will use this restaurant for special occasions as often as we can.
