A delicious meal, fresh produce, well cooked and all the charm you would want in a traditional French bistro. The owners/staff are friendly and welcoming. We had the menu de jour, mine -warm goats cheese salad, grilled lamb with wild rice and vegetables then creme brûlée. Three course Meal for two with a pitcher of wine and coffee less than 40 Euro,

We drove from Vizos through the mountains on a very twisting narrow road and found this roadside resturant after we had travelled for five hours. We managed to order a small meal each plus drinks. The beer and food were excellent and the service was quick and efficient. The staff do not speak any english but we managed to have a laugh with them. The toilets were very clean with nice hot water for hand washing and paper towels, no mess on the floor, even though the resturant was quite busy.

Large old-fashioned dining room. We sat near an open window near flowering shrubbery, so it was very pleasant. Husband ordered Vietnamese set menu and thought it was very good. Service could have been better, especially getting our check. We had to go to the hotel desk and waited about 15 minutes while the man was talking with another guest, not even acknowledging our presence - pretty rude.

Always visit when we have friends/family to stay and luckily just opened for the season. Visited for lunch and as good as ever. Beautiful sunny Spring day with food and service to match. Hopefully first of many return visits this year.

Restaurant Aux Quatre Saisons has a friendly atmosphere and is lit only by candlelight at night which bounces off the old stone walls. There is a south facing shaded sun terrace for outside dining. Run by a husband and wife team, Paul cooks and Val serves
On a birthday celebration day out, our family group of nine travelled to Axat on Le Train Rouge. Based on some family members' previous experience, we booked lunch at Restaurant Aux Quatre Saisons. From the moment of arrival, until departure, the owners were so welcoming and friendly. The service throughout the meal was outstanding - attentive, professional, and responsive.Every dish and every item served was fabulous. The tasty amuse-bouche got the meal off to a great start, and the entire party were delighted with all the lunch dishes they selected. A good selection of delicious desserts complemented the whole meal, with the special Happy Birthday dessert and candle being much appreciated. Not only was the entire meal fantastic, but also was outstanding value.Thank you to Paul and Val for a memorable lunch experience.A thoroughly recommended restaurant.

After a long drive in torrential rain, we were desperate for a meal. Restaurant Canal did not disappoint. We had confit de canard at E13.00. Included potatoes, grilled tomato and mushrooms set in egg. Really delicious and well presented. Also glass of red @ E3 per glass was very acceptable. Service spot on, and lovely staff. Would use again like a shot.

As we decided in june 2016 never go back to this restaurant. We wanted to try it again due to some positive reviews we saw As we went there at least once a month while the Belgian couple owned the restaurant. We love to eat truit. So we went there again. The starter 1/2 foot of a pig in vinegar with salad. The salad and the dressing were good but the half food of the pig contained hardly any meat. As pork feet are very cheap you wonder why give a half foot. The trout was big enough compared to the first time when they took over the restaurant but the preparation was terrible the fish was drowned in oil and you could hardly eat the fish total. If you like fat foot you should go there if not then STAY AWAY.je trouve votre note aussi terrible que votre comportement, et si j'avais su, j'aurais mis vos lunettes retrouvées sur la table à la poubelle..votre opinion sur le fait de conseiller aux personnes de ne pas se rendre au rebenty et aussi pitoyable !! en premier lieu tout est fait maison y compris les pieds de cochon et ce n'est pas par rapport au cout, n'y au marge, mais tout simplement qu'il est très rare de les trouver dans les restaurant (et surtout fait maison et local !!) et leur temps de cuisson nécessite 5 heures de cuisson !! et pour la truite elle était non seulement fraîche mais cuisinée au beurre et non à l'huile !! alors apprenez à manger, à apprécier les saveurs et surtout si vous prenez vos vacances en France, laissez donc de coté vos ''piètres '' habitues alimentaire de votre plat pays.. de plus c'est un menu à 26 euros avec tout compris.. franchement Monsieur et Madame passez votre chemin la prochaine fois et allé donc manger des produits surgelés qui vous conviendront mieux .. avoir du palais n'est pas donné forcément à tout le monde

Three of us (including one vegetarian)had an excellent lunch. We went for the crepes and were very glad we did. Both savoury and sweet were fine, as was the apple crumble! Also prompt, friendly and helpful service despite our rudimentary French. Very reasonably priced - under 50 euros for two courses and drinks for 3.

Absolutely superb experience! Warm welcome. Service professional and friendly. Food delicious. We opted for the set menu, Le Galerie. Blanquette de Limoux to accompany each course. Reasonably priced. Thank you. We loved everything about Le Galerie. Highly recommended.
