At Le Jardin, chef Philippe Bourrel shares a stylish, light and fresh French cuisine featuring the best of local products. Nestled between Brunswick Gardens and Lake Geneva, facing an oasis of greenery in the center of town but sheltered from the tumult o
We had the full menu and everything was excellent. From the pea soup appetiser through to the coffee, nothing to complain about. As I am not keen on sea food, I was given an eye-catching vegetable salad instead of octopus (which my partner thoroughly enjoyed). The second starter of fish was cooked to perfection as was the duck. The cheese was a discovery for us, delightfully accompanied by tangy apricot. And the dessert was a masterpiece! The pâtissier is mentioned in Gault et Millau, and deserves to be. I cannot get over how exceptional it was. The wine that was proposed accompanied the meal perfectly. If you are ready to splurge out, try this restaurant.Dear Guest,It was a pleasure to welcome you and your partner at our restaurant Le Jardin. The team and I are glad to see you enjoyed our light and fresh summer menu accompanied by fine wine from a selection of Genevan and Swiss vineyards and last but not least our Pastry Chefâs amazing desserts. On behalf of all of us, I would like to thank you very much for your feedback and recommendation. We look forward to seeing you again soon. We have been coming to this restaurant for 20 years now. In the past the waiters would bring you little white tables with plate warmers on in order to keep your second helping of filets de perches warm. Now that nearly all the perche in lac leman have been fished you only get one helping.. but you still get the little table. The waiter serves your one helping of fish from the unlit plate warmer with a great flourish and then leaves the table there.. slightly absurd and a little Alice in Wonderland like. Less agreeable than this however is the fact that waiters now use these little tables to put dirty plates on.. so you may end up sitting with somebody elses left overs next to you.. even if this is just for a few minutes its really unpleasant. I saw a couple of tables with small plates and spoons left on them for the best part of an hour. The staff were run off their feet so Im not blaming them.. somebody is probably making a lot of money from this restaurant and could well afford to pay someone to make sure the restaurant is tidy. I have many fond memories of the Creux de Genthod and will continue to go but for the price you pay you should be able to sit in somewhere which is not as messy as a Macdonalds.

Excellent quality of food, good friendly service, quiet terrace. Very good price/quality ratio. Excellent beef, great cordon bleu. Big portions, good fries. Small but good wine list.
Charming decor , excellent service, superb wines and food.Although it looks like a roadside cafe, this little restaurant supplied the highest quality cuisine. We all had the perch fillets ( no bones and beautifully arranged around the plate), with crunchy chips/fries and a green salad, the whole washed down with the excellent Geneva chardonnay. Do not miss out ! 100% reccomended.

At Bayview restaurant, guests can savour the unique culinary creations of world-famous chef Michel Roth (MOF and Bocuse d'Or 1991, Taittinger Prize 1985), an international role model for cultivated and creative French culinary art. An impressive wine cell
We had six-course tasting menus, with wine accompaniments, to celebrate a birthday. Portions served were small, very pretty, and delicious to taste. Extra little items appeared from time-to-time. There was an extensive selection of cheeses. A dessert of egg whites and orange custard on a bed of crushed dates was sublime. The dining room is modern and attractive with some views out to Lake Geneva. Service was highly professional and excellent. Of course, the price was very expensiveâ¦but if you can afford it, the experience is worth it. We did not have to reserve far in advance, although the dining room was nearly full that evening.

Enjoy an experience both memorable and pleasant in a stylish setting with only 15 seats. In a most natural manner, Chef Armel Bedouet comes to your table and advises you on the products he has carefully selected today. Drawing on his extensive experience
Chef Armel Bedouet gave us a sensational gourmet dining experience at L'Aparté Restaurant at the Hotel Royal Geneva. Each dish of his tasting menu was exquisitely prepared and beautifully plated to enhance the flavours, textures, and aromas.L'Aparté is a separate dining room located off the end of Bogie's and Le Bistro in the restaurant area at Hotel Royal. Our very attentive and knowledgeable waiter, Thomas Scott, assisted Chef Armel, and also translated the verbal descriptions of each dish that the chef gave into English. We pleasantly lost count of the delicious dishes we enjoyed. Standouts were a "deconstructed" Sushi, the Char "cooked" in sea salt; tender Pigeon Miéral (seared breast of pigeon served very rare) with White Asparagus; Roasted Langoustine; a flaky tender Seared Sea Bass with Spring Vegetables; and an exceptional Morel Stuffed with Poultry with an Almond Milk Foam and Shaved Asparagus. Chef Armel's tasty marine choices reflect his seaside roots from Brittany,The sommelier, Gaëtan Dubret, chose for us a yummy Swiss 2015 Pellegrin Pinot Gamay that paired extremely well with all the dishes.Thomas helped me with a delicious selection of local French and Swiss cheeses made from cow's and goat's milks for my dessert, My wife agreed that the aged Gruyères were fabulous. Thomas brought my wife a "pre-dessert" of red fruit gazpacho to cleanse and refresh her palate, followed by a sinful plate of crumbled shortbread with red fruits and a scoop of strawberry sherbet. OMG...Thomas then brought one final plate of a variety of irresistible cookies and chocolates! This tasting menu was a dining extravaganza that was sheer indulgence. Who could resist!Thank you so much for your amazing review of our restaurant.I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your dinner with us. It's something our staff takes great pride in, so we value your feedback. Chef, Gaëtan and Thomas are all ready to welcome you as soon as you wish!Best regards,Nicolas Sabatier

This was my third visit to Le Loti, on top of a number of meals and drinks at the bar and terrace at La Reserve. Fantastic hotel, fantastic restaurant and one of my more preferred places in Geneva where you can get lost in a quiet moment. The meal started with foie gras, which was just the right texture and consistency, and was delicious. This excellent first course was followed by a beautiful slab of veal with a divine wine reduction. My only complaint of the whole experience, and why this review is not 5/5, was the relative toughness and chewiness if the veal. The rest was superb....and the cappuccino ending the meal took the cake! Recommended.Dear Guest,What a wonderful comment ! We sincerely thank you very much for taking time to share your experience at La Réserve Genève. All the team is touched and happy to read your lovely words regarding dishes and the service you had. What a pleasure to read that you enjoyed the property, and the unique atmosphere of La Réserve Genève! We work each day in order to give to our guest a feeling of being at home even if they are away from home.We are touched by your kind comments and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon,Warm regards,Phanat.

We were 2 couples with varied tastes and food issues. All was catered for. Lovely presentation and delicious food. Two of us had a very unusual soup made from Fennel and olive paste with cashew-nuts.( Fenolive) The caviar-beluga (lentils with pomegranate seeds) was a delight.
