This is a cosy restaurant by the river that offers a great set lunch for $15 Canadian. I had the quiche and my wife had the salmon bagel and both were great. I give it four out of five stars because the pipes jazz music was pretty dire.

At ``La Bouche Des Goûts`` the view is in the plate An enjoyable stay wouldn't be complete without good food. Make the most of your stay and appreciate dinner in the setting of our restaurant. Regis offers a menu with local produces with a personal twist.
The food is absolutely incredible at this restaurant! You must go if you are in the area, the chef, Regis, is insanely talented and very humble. He'll tell you it's his use of fresh, local ingredients and keeping things simple....but it's more than that. Everything is cooked to perfection and presented like a piece of art. We ate breakfast and dinner here two days in a row and all of the meals were exceptional! If Isabelle recommends a certain dish or wine take her advice, you will not be disappointed! I cannot say enough!!!

My wife and I ate here for lunch after a visit to the cheese shop next door.We had one of the best meals during our trip through Charlevoix and Saguenay. The food was outstanding - especially a wonderfully thin crust and crisp pizza. What a treat! Also, the sheep milk ice cream for dessert was outstanding! There was seating outside or inside. We liked sitting outside until the flies became too much of a nuisance.A real hidden gem of the area. Thanks for your comments. We are sorry for the flies...Hope to see you again!

Charlevoix local cuisine served in a rustic and cozy bistro, with a beautiful terrace along the river.
This restaurant has somewhat a chic, young vibe. The terrace looked attractive. We sat right by the bar which includes the food service windows and it was extremely busy and noisy. What an amazing well-oiled machine! Wow! The staff was amazingly well trained! (I supposed if the noise had really bothered us we would have asked for another table. We received our drinks quickly, the meal was served in an appropriate time and was tasty and well presented. We were so happy with the mean that we actually ordered dessert, which we never do! Their legendary carrot cake was pretty darn good. The very staff was so efficient, hard-working and yet, so cheerful. Not sure why they are called the black sheep â they did everything so right!

In a friendly, informal setting, the spotlight shines on Cuisine du Marché menus elaborated by Chef David Forbes and prepared before you by his brigade. Depending on arrivals, the seasons and the Chef's fancy, vegetables, seafood, fish and meats all make
This restaurant is located inside Le Germain, very spacious with the kitchen centrally located so we can see the cooks hard at work. A varied menu highlighting locally sourced products, the setting is somewhat formal however you are in Baie St-Paul within a hotel/spa, so be relaxed! Our waitress was attentive, funny and never far away if we needed her. Our meals (lamb for me and chicken/pork combo for my wife) were excellent. Nice wine selections as well.

Cuisine bistro et Alsacienne elaboree a partir des produits regionaux. Ambiance conviviale et familiale
This friendly restaurant lies at the junction of two very busy roads. The windows are open in summer so you are constantly bombarded by the noise of trucks and cars zooming by. The food is great though. I had a nice mushroom dish to start and then joined my wife by going for the scallops, which were great. We enjoyed the chocolate based desserts too. Thank you for your comment. Next time you come, you can ask for a table far from our baywindow it will be a pleasure to accomodate you.Eve
