This is a top notch restaurant. Excellent service from friendly efficient staff served in a well planned interior or an inviting shady terrace. Starters and desserts can be chosen either from the menu or self service from two amazing selections of delicacies of entrées and déserts. Main courses are cooked to order. My wife and I had John Dorey cooked to perfection. For the wine we chose a rosé from Lesquerde. Delicious and reasonably priced.
If you go past the main square (with the statue of Frederio Mistral) and turn right onto Rue des Arenes, you will find this nice but small cafe tucked away. Food is good and good wine by glass. Service is good as well. Two small tables outside allows you to enjoy al fresco dining in this medieval Arles laneway.

Our bar-restaurant is situated in a picturesque village (4 km from Amelie les Bains). You can enjoy a quiet drink or a meal on our shaded terrace. We specialise in Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine that is all made on the premises. A friendly and relaxed
We returned (last came 2015) to find the restaurant still has the same friendly atmosphere and we were remembered The whole experience is really worth the journey to find them great service and the food is so taste you just want to go back again. We know you need to book in the evenings and it may be worth phoning a head for lunch as they were very busy. The fixed price menu is very reasonably pricedand we had a great meal with nice wines and really good coffeeIt is in the centre of a nice little mountain village and situated in a sheltered part of the village so really nice to sit outside, even at end of SeptemberInside there is a small gallery of art by local painters

Set on a small treed square this is the perfect setting for lunch, especially if the fruit and veg market is in full swing. Great food at very reasonable prices, apart from a glass of the local vin rose what more could you ask ?Merci pour votre avis très content de vous avoir satisfait et au plaisir de vous revoir

This restaurant is in a tiny picturesque village on the slopes of the Canigou above Arles sur Tech. It is behind a little grocery shop, and has a little vine covered terrace and a simple white dining room. There is a carte but the main event is the Menu de Tradition, a five course blow-out with unlimited wine comprised more or less entirely of produce from the village. We had: air dried ham, saucisson and a pâté rich with black truffle; trout from the river; an omelette with eggs from the hens outside and cepes from the forest; a roast guineafowl with carrots and salad, and a divine creme caramel. And a robust VDP Cotes Catalanes that went well with all. All this served by Francoise with careful explanations of the sources of each, a beaming smile and an entirely justified pride in the quality of everything. You could not eat this every day but as an experience, for ⬠31, this is just unforgettable. Arrive at 12 noon on a fine day and grab one of the two tables on the front terrace, and go for a long walk around this beautiful village afterwards.

Tucked away half way down the main street as part of the Regina hotel, this surprisingly busy but very personal little bistro style restaurant (classic local dishes served in modern fashion by friendly and pleasant staff) is something of a find. We have visited twice now and found it consistent in performance. Prices very reasonable but not aiming to be the cheapest lunch in the area.

It s possible to eat in the garden, quiete, if weather is good.
The pizzas are good to very good depending on which evening you go ! The rest is not brilliant .Food certainly not freshly prepared .Service professional and friendly .Shame that the outside eating area is "drowning " in parasols which gives it a gloomy air . Prieviously the garden area was beautifully cared for and well lit .

From the outside, Les Glycines looks like your average French café/restaurant, but it is more than that. Its large outside area is completely shaded by magnificent wisteria trees and indoors there is a modern, stylish bar/restaurant & hotel. The service was friendly & efficient, but the atmosphere was relaxed and they did not mind how long you wanted to take over a small meal. The food was plentiful, tasty and fresh.

We were a group of 13 and had a fantastic meal in Les Simiots last night. The service was excellent, very relaxed and friendly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals which included starters, mains and deserts. They were also very accommodating for the vegetarian in our group. The house red and white wines were all very good. I hope under the new ownership that this lovely restaurant thrives. Itâs obvious that they are working hard to make a success of it. Weâll definitely be back on our next trip to Arles sur tech. Thank you for taking the time to write this great review. We hope to welcome you all again.Kind regards, Team Els Simiots
