We went to this restaurant twice during our stay in Antsirabe. Food was always great (we especially enjoyed the magret de canard) and the owners were really nice.
Family restaurant with a warm atmosphere where some traditional Tunisian dishes are a delight : chorba , tagines , couscous , brigs , his homemade bread...The mint tea and homemade pastries are irresistible! Try it ! Local cuisine is also available : vege
The restaurant is run by a Tunisian guy. I ate some good pizza & burger there, but also tunisian food is on the menu.Prices are moderate and food is good, however nothing unique.
Mirana is a bakery with a café area and an outdoor seating space. It's a great place to have pastries with coffee or any other kind of breakfast. You can also buy sandwiches.
This pizzeria has a very nice interior (except for the television) and good staff who even speak a little English.Inside the restaurant is a wood oven where they make their pizza. The pizza was one of the best we had in Madagascar. Not easy to find but worth going here.

We ate here several times in December, 2016 and January 2017. The baked goods are warm, fresh, delicious. The coffee is delicious. This is a great place to pick up munchies for the road. ATMs are nearby, as well as a few shops selling lovely silk and raffia products.

This restaurant is a huge favorite among the Mormon missionaries who serve in the city of Antsirabe. My son recommended the curry dish and it was delicious. I am a big curry fan...I've had Thai inspired curry, Indian inspired curry, Mediterranean inspired curry, and so on. This Malagasy take on chicken curry has a deep, luscious flavor. It is perfectly silky and leaves you wanting more and more and more. Others in our party had a beef/steak dish that received rave reviews. Chez Billy is an excellent find in a wonderful city.

Delicious european starters, with Salade Landaise or Duck Foie Gras, at very reasonnable prices. Zebu fillet and many other good things on the menu. I would avoid the Magret de Canard (Duck Fillet), which is not prepared the way I like it: it is sliced and then cooked, which makes it a bit dry.

Set in a tropical garden in the city center, the setting is pleasant . His cuisine highlights local products in international dishes , such as raclette , tartiflette , but also specializes in spices and herbs with very popular Creole and Indian dishes in
Anyone travelling to Madagascar can easily get bored with the relatively small selection of different food at most restaurants, this is not the case at L'Insolite. The menu selection was gigantic, ranging from tacos, to fondues, to sandwiches and steaks. The food was prepared rather slowly, but I believe this is ran by just a guy and his wife. They are French, however the husband speaks decent English.

Ouvert tous les jours sauf dimanche. Service continu de 10h a 23h. Decor original, on s'assoie dans des Pousses Pousses. Cuisine française et malgache avec inspirations d'ailleurs Wifi gratuite Free wifi
This restaurant was recommended by our driver, so we decided to try it out. The seating mounted pouse-pouse seats, which are comfortable, and atmosphere are quite special. The menu is not extensive, but there are daily specials. The food is French and international inspired, but with local ingredients. The food we had was very good, and the service very friendly. Pretty cheap as well, and not too busy for dinner when we were there.

This is where I had dinner in Antsirabe and would really recommend this place. But they do only open in the evening for dinner.I don't know exactly what time they are open but I went there at 12pm and they were closed and there were a man who advised me to come back in the evening and could tell you that this is a real place for dinner.
