P.T.âs Grille is confusing for out of towners. The locals know to order at the front by filling out an order form. Vegetarian-friendly-ish, as they have veggie burgers, which are really good! Also black bean burger, yum. The portions are generous, and their fries beg to be instantly devoured. Only thing is now that Wilmington, NC water is SERIOUSLY contaminated with GenX and PFOAs, etc, why are people still drinking the iced teas and lemonade made with this water????? Donât they not realize they are drinking GenX water??? Because, yâall are! We took our food to go and drank bottled sodas. I am very disappointed with the Wilmington, NC establishments for not offering SAFE DRINKING WATER, and for trying to sweep the contaminated water crisis under the rug. P.T.âs get your sheep together! Install reverse osmosis filters that are VISIBLE to your customers. Change the filters early. Post signage about the water issue. Be honest. Offer bottled, safe beverages. Otherwise, Iâm only going to spend my money at the few restauarnts who practice such sane, basic measures.

My wife and I met our Grandkids and Great Grandkids for dinner and were very pleased with the quality of the burger and portion size of the fries. I look forward to trying it again sometime if we are in the Wilmington area. We found that the ordering process was a little confusing at first but ultimately had a good experience.

Love Mexican food and Island did not disappoint. The burritos are large, moist and generously filled. The quesadilla portion was also large and generiously filled. The only thing I would recommend would be to toast the quesadilla shell more as it completely fell apart when I tried to pick it up.

While in the area on a business trip, I came to this restaurant for dinner in part to all the hype I heard about it. The establishment is very small, so it has limited seating; it has precooked pizzas that can be warmed upon ordering or you can request a specialty pizza/item to be made while you wait, pizzas can be purchased by the slice or as a whole pie; there are fountain or bottled drinks for sale; the staff was friendly as well as courteous; and most important thing to know when coming here, this is a cash only establishment. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni calzone. Both were just okay and kind of bland, so nothing spectacular.
