I felt like the actor in Galaxy Quest who is presented with a dish of completely inedible food because his hosts believe that is what his species prefers. In all fairness the open faced roast beef sandwich was not technically inedible since I actually ate part of it. But it was unrecognizable as roast beef. In fact nobody is ever going to convince me that it was, in fact, roast beef since I am the one who had the best look at it. The accompanying soup was recognizable as soup but I left it unfinished. Apparently there are a lot of people who think this place is near to gourmet dining. Be your own judge. Why two stars and not one? Because the service was not atrocious.

I was surprised at the lack of care for this particular Zaxby's. The restaurant was dirty, supplies lacking,and the staff were not friendly and non attentive to guests.Our salads were good even though service was poor.Recommend Zaxby's step up their game in this town. Many college students frequent this establishment and should be able to dine at a clean place with quality service.
